I ordered this box last week for my bf and it arrived today. I got the December box pictured and not the highline box if that helps anyone.

I got this email this morning and was so disappointed! This box would have been the PERFECT Christmas gift for my beau after the Popsugar LE box was a total miss for him (but still perfect for my brother). Still deciding if I should pick it up now and hold it for his birthday possibly.

When you do your first box they send you a box that’s called a highline box . Which has great stuff but they won’t send you this December box with the discount code if that’s what you wanted. I made an account two months ago got the high line box loved it but I canceled it because I just did it for the code . I made a whole other account months later with a discount code and got the same exact box 😞

Yikes, I ordered the box and it’s supposed to come today. Sending a bunch of leftovers as a first box is a way to guarantee that subscribers don’t stay with the box. The first box should impress you so much that you want to stay subscribed, not the opposite.

It’s a very nice mix of items and def worth the price. But i agree they should clarify. It happened to me, I thought I was getting the November box, and received the high line.

Same thing happened to me. Thought I was getting the awesome November box but got highline box instead. Highline box is a mismatch of items. I wrote to them and they said as a one time courtesy they’d refund me the $10. I kept the box but cancelled the sub. What ticked me off is that nowhere does it say you will not be getting the regular monthly box. Gentleman’s box is better, in my opinion, and the monthly cost is lower.

I wish I thought of writing to them also . But yes I agree they should say you’re not getting the regular monthly box. It’s a big disappointment as I was going to include this as a gift for my bf but he had already had all of it !
