The box came with a postcard that listed out each mask with a brief description. Each mask was a different character and each character targeted a different skincare need! The postcard also suggested that “it is most effective to use the masks consecutively 2-3 times a week for 4 weeks”.

Animal Panda Whitening Mask - Value $5

“Whitening Mask” seemed a little odd to me but when I read through the description, it’s a brightening mask for dull skin. This mask includes coconut water, paper mulberry, mulberry bark extract, and niacinamide (Vitamin B). The coconut water base on all of the Animal Masks makes them feel really refreshing. I used this one in the morning to give my skin a little pick-me-up. On top of feeling very moisturized, this reminded me of some brightening eye creams I've tried before and I definitely felt a boost in the energy of my skin. I could see this having awesome long term effects if I used this kind of mask a couple times a week.

Animal Otter Aqua Mask - Value $5

The otter mask is for dry skins that need an extra boost of moisture. The packet had so much extra product in it that I definitely felt moisturized! My skin has been feeling really dry lately so adding this moisture-packed mask to my normal skin regimen saved me from any dry skin flakiness. The main ingredients include coconut water, hyaluronic acid, and trehalose. The printed otter is cute and the company stresses that it’s a safe color element. I didn’t experience any irritation from the prints.

Baby Pet Magic Mask Sheet Cat - Value $2

The cat mask was thermo-activated so the cat's fur spots faded when I put the mask on. This mask is meant to sooth and refresh the skin. The print was really cute and a fun touch for a face mask. I have somewhat sensitive skin that can be prone to redness and this mask felt really calming while it was on. The formula reminded me of my favorite gentle moisturizers where they feel light enough that I don't have to worry about any irritation. My skin felt really cool and smooth after this one!

Animal Dragon Soothing Mask - Value $5

This was another nice one for my sensitive skin because the dragon mask is supposed to help with sensitive and/or red skin! This calming mask has coconut water, licorice, and Japanese knotweed extract in it. It’s a mild moisturizer that felt really light on my skin but, as with most sheet masks, there was enough product to really spread around. I used this at night when I try to let my skin breath and relax. This was nice to use before bed because it left my skin feeling really fresh but also very calm. And the dragon design is really cute!

Gudetama Character Mask Set - Value $1

Gudetama is such a cute character! This mask is part of the Lazy & Easy line which is a collaboration between Gudetama and Holika Holika. This mask includes egg yolk extract, aloe, and egg white to wake up tired skin. My skin definitely felt slightly tighter and perkier after using this! The egg ingredients take care of the tightening aspect and the aloe helped keep my skin cool. This is another mask I used in the morning for a quick skin wake up and it really did the trick. My skin felt more awake, moisturized, and ready for the day!

Animal Tiger Wrinkle Mask - Value $5

The tiger print mask is for wrinkles and is meant to boost skin cells with elastic energy. It does this with coconut water, primrose oil, and acai berry extract. The scent of this mask was subtle but really pretty! It was one of my favorite scents from this group of masks. I don't know if this would do away with wrinkles long-term but after using this my skin felt a little tighter and extra smooth so I could see this being a nice addition to a skin firming routine.

Baby Pet Magic Mask Sheet Pug - Value $2.26

The pug mask is also a mask for skin firming. This anti-wrinkle mask is thermo-activated so it starts with a wrinkly pug face, then the wrinkles faded as the mask adjusted to my face's temperature! The pug wrinkle lines were really faint so this wasn’t the most noticeable transition but it was still cute! This felt similar to the last mask where my skin felt smooth after and just a little tighter. I liked using this before priming my face for makeup. The combination of this mask and makeup primer left my face feeling so smooth!

Fruit Mask Pomegranate Girl - Value $1

This fruit mask from Skin79 includes pomegranate extract to improve firmness and elasticity. The light fruit smell is really yummy and the mask looks like a face inside of a little pomegranate! After I removed the mask, I rubbed the excess product in. As that was drying, my skin felt slightly more taut. Pomegranate's a great anti-oxidant so this great for dry skin, anti-aging, and even sun protection (but always put on sunscreen anyway!). I liked all the masks meant to help with firmness and the added bonus of pomegranate made this one of my favorites in the box.

Verdict: If you are a sheet mask enthusiast, this box seems like a great deal! Based on what I could find online, the estimated total of this box is $26.26 which is almost double the monthly subscription cost! I wasn’t familiar with these brands because I’ve only bought sheet masks from a couple stores before so this box was a fun introduction to new brands. I liked the mix of skincare needs the different masks fulfilled and the different designs were a fun touch!

This looks like such a great sub but I am just not a mask girl. I don’t know why, lazy? I have such an assortment now and I just never think to use them I want to but I just don’t. I admire you for doing them in the morning, I just never think about it. Maybe I need to put them where I have to look at them, maybe that will inspire me.

Darn- I thought you were going to grace us with photos of you in the baby pet magic masks! These masks sound so adorable as well as effective. I might have to sub just so I can admire my own cute face.

Sarah

They are really cute! I find it hard, even in a cute mask, to take a picture in a sheet mask where I don’t look a little scary lol. But I’ll try next time!
