For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to trash snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.

Each box comes with a personalized fold out card that provides tips from Graze’s nutritionist, information about the Graze rewards program, and nutritional info. This month, the card also includes a recipe for vegan & gluten-free Pumpkin Brownies!

graze-november-2016-bagel

New York Everything Bagel

When I first saw this snack in my box, I was a little confused. New York Everything Bagel is a snack I’ve received many times before, but it’s always consisted of only the poppy seed onion sticks. It looks like Graze has updated the recipe to include cheese flavored cashews and roasted pumpkin seeds. I’m sure this snack is now a little more balanced nutritionally, and I like it. This version doesn’t remind me quite as much of an everything bagel, but I love the cheesy cashews, so I’m not complaining.

graze-november-2016-pops

Creamy Ranch Kern Pops

When I first tried Graze’s line of kern pops, I wasn’t a huge fan, but they’re growing on me! The creamy ranch flavor of this one definitely helps. I have a weakness for ranch dressing, so I find these pretty crave-able.

graze-november-2016-crunch

Sesame Garlic Crunch

This snack is a mix of crunchy oat bran sesame sticks, garlic sesame sticks, and multigrain soy rice crackers. It’s crunchy and satisfying. I’m a fan!

graze-november-2016-fruits

Fantastic Forest Fruits

Graze has a number of different dried fruit mixes available, and Fantastic Forest Fruits is one of my favorites. It’s a combination of soft apple pieces, cherry flavored raisins, blueberries, and lingonberries. I’m not usually very fond of raisins, but the cherry raisins in this mix are amazing.

graze-november-2016-peanut

Salted Fudge & Peanut Cookie

This is one of my “love it” snacks, and it pops up pretty regularly in my Graze boxes. The baked salted peanuts, mini cocoa cookies, redskin peanuts, and vanilla fudge bites are delicious together. (I especially like the little cubes of vanilla fudge. So good!)

graze-november-2016-flapjack

Honeycomb Flapjack

Graze has an entire line of flapjacks, and they’re all really tasty. This one is my husband’s favorite. It’s made with honeycomb and topped with a drizzle of chocolate.

graze-november-2016-chia

Chia Coconut Cookie

This little pack contains a set of chia coconut cookies with a bag of black tea. It’s a cute pairing, and I like that the cookies have a nice flavor and are sweet but not too sweet.

graze-november-2016-dippers

Protein Peanut Butter Dippers with Pretzel Sticks

And I’ve saved the best for last! Dippers! My favorite! All of Graze’s dippers are popular in my house, and they're always the first to disappear when the box arrives. This one pairs pretzel sticks with peanut butter dip. Yum!

Verdict: Graze is one of the boxes that first got me hooked on subscriptions, and, years later, I’m still a fan! The snacks are fun and (mostly) healthy, and I like that I’m able to tweak my preferences online to make sure I only receive snacks I love. For the 8-snack box ($11.99 per month), the per-snack breakdown is $1.50. I think that’s great!
