12/16 is the last day to order POPSUGAR Must Have boxes with a guaranteed delivery by December 24th.

Thank you for your patience while we have been working with our warehouse to track down your Mystery box shipment. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, there has been a delay in the shipment of these boxes. Don’t worry, your box is still on it’s way! To ensure all boxes arrive by Dec. 24 we are going to expedite the shipment method of your box to FedEx Ground. In addition, we will also be including a surprise special extra in every delayed box that ships out between tomorrow, Dec.14 and Friday, Dec. 16.

Oh…get ready. I got my home box, my Ru La La Box AND my beauty mystery box. 3 identical boxes. I can’t make this up. My husband bought them for me. I have 3 bracelets, 3 shower gels…nail polish, lipgloss… because cozy home is lipgloss. I’m so livid. Oh yes…3 umbrellas.

Well I was going to buy another beauty mystery box until I came home and the 3 popsugar boxes I should have had waiting at my door according to the tracking weren’t here. I’m so beyond angry. I emailed customer service after calling FedEx and I am hoping they can make things right for me. I am so upset.

I bought the December box at $20 and the sub and still have not received any tracking info for the December box. Do we know if it is delayed as well. I am also wanting to see what the home mystery box includes as I have the contents of the other 2 already.

When I emailed about my vacation box on the 13th I didn’t get that email back at all. It just said that they will look into it then my box shipped the next day and I’m waiting for it now. So my box shipped the 14th and I got no extra item….not fair at all…

I’m still waiting on the free box from the winter box special to ship. He winter box has shipped and is scheduled for delivery next week but the December box still shows as pending.

Still no home box spoilers? I really don’t want the runner or the gluten-free snacks, so if there aren’t other appealing goodies, I won’t be biting.

Thanks, Zo! I’m just worried it will be a bunch of items I don’t need or want. I don’t have a dining table because I use my breakfast bar as my table/desk/everything and I already have a fruit bowl, which is why I’m not jumping on the November box that’s on sale.

It sounds like the home mystery boxes are the ones that are (especially) delayed. Haven’t seen my tracking info yet…
