I contacted Book of the Month to see if they would price-match the Groupon on a subscription I just purchased directly through their site, but they refused.

Yea, I caved. Every month I have to keep making a new account to get the $5 for your first month deal, and this just seems easier to not worry about cancelling every month for the next 3 months! At least I can justify this subscription with the fact that reading is good for you. haha.
