Additionally, every box also contains a packing slip that has each item listed and their prices.

The clothing is packaged in different sets or outfits – here’s the first outfit my stylist created for me.

Allison Joy Soledad V Tank – Cost to keep: $39

I actually really like this tank! The print is different than anything else I own. I like the higher neckline and that it has a keyhole that isn’t too low. This would be a great tank for summer.

Paige Denim Transcend Verdugo Ultra Skinny – Cost to keep: $199

I can’t find this black distressed version on their website so I linked to the only variation of the Transcend Verdugo Ultra Skinny I could find. These just don’t feel like $200 jeans to me. They do feel high quality but they just didn’t wow me. The rise was also too low for me and I don’t personally care to wear distressed jeans.

Blank Private Practice Drape Front Jacket – Cost to keep: $98

This is a fantastic jacket! The back and tops of the sleeves are a faux-leather and the front and underside of the sleeves are a comfortable and soft knit. This means it fits really well and feels versatile, too. This is how the jacket looks unzipped and worn as a drape front.

However, you can also zip it up with the asymmetrical zipper that is far to the left side of the front. I love the way it looks zipped!

And here’s the second outfit my stylist put together for me.

Skies Are Blue Sherpa Lined Plaid Vest – Cost to keep: $78

I have always loved the idea of vests more than actually wearing vests. This one is cute but it felt a size small and I just didn’t feel it was very flattering. I love the print and the fact that it’s Sherpa-lined though.

Peyton Jensen Rodeo LS Tunic Tee – Cost to keep: $58

Last month my stylist included this shirt in black, but I felt that almost $60 was a bit high for me to pay for a basic black top (although, I have to admit, it’s a fabulous basic top that I really do love). The fit is fantastic and the neckline and tunic length (which is mostly in the back on me) hits me just right.

Kut from the Kloth Deconstructed Catherine Boyfriend – Cost to keep: $89

I have nothing against wearing white after Labor Day. I think white jeans can be styled really well for Fall and Winter. It’s just that maybe the white paired with this bright red is just quite out of my comfort zone? I’m not sure. I really just don’t love this whole outfit together, but that’s mostly just my taste. However, these jeans do fit well and I’ve tried on many pairs of the Catherin Boyfriend from Trendsend and I even bought a regular jean wash of it last summer.

In last month’s feedback about the black version of his top, I made a comment that I’d be more inclined to buy it if it were in a different color option like the red. Well, she sent it because I made that note! I sort of feel bad, though – I actually meant the really pretty plum color and just didn’t closely look over the shade options before, because this actual red fabric is bright. It’s called “tomato” and that’s pretty accurate – I would definitely go for the plum or a more burgundy shade. That all being said, there’s no price benefit to buying from the box vs online so I at least know I love this shirt and can stalk the website for holiday sales or promotions and snag the plum color then.

Here’s a better look at the back, where most of the tunic length is. It’s more of a sort of high-low, which I love for this season because I feel more comfortable wearing that with leggings.

Verdict: This Trendsend by Evereve was a bit of a mixed bag – I loved some of the items but just as many didn’t hit the spot for me. I’m happy to be able to try on the Rodeo Long Sleeve Tee again because I’ve been thinking about the black one I sent back last month and if the fit was really as flattering and comfy as I remembered (spoiler: it was). Neither of the jeans worked for me but I loved the jacket!

I also want to note: often, a couple of my Trendsend pieces are on sale on Evereve’s website – which I think is particularly the case because I have “send me sale and clearance items” selected in my style profile. When I’ve emailed them about this difference, they’ve said they’ll give me the website price (this does not apply if you walk into a local store and see an item on sale for that location – they don’t price match store sales). If you subscribe, I would just suggest double-checking the website’s pricing before sending your items back to make sure that, if something is on sale, you can email or call and confirm you get the sale price. I’ve had no issues with this in the past.

I really like the skinny distressed black pants/jeans but I think maybe if they were longer? I know, like me, you often find pants too short. Also, I read your comments, and I agree – you don’t seem the type to like distressed jeans, judging by the style photos I have seen from you. The jacket is great, especially zipped. I couldn’t agree more with your thoughts on the vest – first that I too like the idea more than actually wearing them, and second, that this one seems a little too small. It is a really nice looking vest though.

I love the drape front jacket (it would help hide my big stomach). The distressed pants……..when I was young (I am a senior citizen) we often had to wear “naturally” distressed pants around the house. Also, I am a picker and if I had the distressed pants I would play with the openings and make them larger (I would do a LOL but it is the truth). Have a nice day.

That jacket is awesome! I had to find it and buy it! I found it in Taupe on the Lord & Taylor website and saved 15% with the code FASHION. It’s perfect for fall.
Haley, you always look so pretty! 🙂 Great review

The red top was stunning on you! The vest is adorable but I’m like you, I like the thought but not the practice.

Wow, I love that white jacket. I may have to look for that in their store.

I like the tunic on you. But wow… those black jeans would look about a billion times better with the red/black outfit…. and the white jeans would look about a billion times better with the first top.

Allison, I agree. I really didn’t care for the pairings of the outfits here much. Maybe the stylist mixed the jeans up in her letter? Maybe, but I doubt it. -_-
