  1. When does the 20% for VIB started? I can’t find the EMail they sent me anymore. Is the code VIB20? I just can’t find the info!

  2. I just got my order today. Everything is great and It came with xtra samples. I got
    The bag
    Drybar detox conditioner
    Farmacy mask
    Verb ghost oil
    Living proof mask
    Sunday riley tidal cream
    Ren glyco mask which must have been a bonus
    I used 100 points for the living proof split end mender
    I used code Activate to get Ren flash hydro boost
    It was 8 products for $25 which is a great deal and they sent a perfume vial, a packet of Surreal balm and 4 perfume cards. In my cart all the items added up to $125 dollars and then $100 was taken off. I am really happy ith everything.

  3. Ladies I had the same problem and called 2 different times to “fix” it. Its like they don’t want to listen or even research why you are calling. Sephora customer service is AWFUL!!

    • I agree! I had to pitch a fit by emailing them several times and calling their customer service number to put in a request to cancel my order. The reps even told me I paid for a bag with no products in it and that they couldn’t modify the order. How does that even make sense??? Finally I received an email that my order was cancelled but when I check my bank account there is no refund. It’s just been a headache with them. They do not care…

  4. Are these deluxe samples or full sized products?

  5. 1) not working online – had to call to place order; 2) they would not accept the 20% VIBR discount – said it did not apply to “customizables” because you are already getting a $100 discount; and 3) in lieu of the 20% discount I tried to get a deluxe sample which usually has a $25 or $35 threshold purchase but was told that did not apply to the “customizables”; and 4) unlike previously selections where you could get multiples of a single item this set only allows one of each sample. Kinda disappointed about the 20%…..and then not getting the deluxe sample especially since I spend a fortune at Sephora. : (

    • I’m sorry you weren’t able to get the discount or GWP. It sounds like you may have gotten an uninformed CS rep. I tried both the discount and GWP codes (separately) and they both took. At first I applied the discount code, but then changed my mind, and decided I wanted one of the GWP offers instead.

      • Success! I tried again and was able to order online and use the discount. Thanks for inspiring me to try again. : )

    • I had the same issue – I logged into my account using Chrome, and everything was still in my cart, only this time showing the discount AND letting me use the Rouge 20%. I previously called customer service and they said that I needed a code to get the favorites set, and that I couldn’t use both. Glad that I checked here before ordering!

  6. I’ve gone through and placed it in my cart and it’s trying to charge me $125. Went all the way through to the step that asks to confirm payment and the discount still had not applied. What am I doing wrong?

    • It did not work for me either in the app, but worked on the full site, hope that helps !

    • I got it to work using Google Chrome. The site did not like FIreFox/Mozilla

    • My value was less, but I ordered the Sunday Riley, FAB cream, Belif foam, Caudalie micellar water, and REN mask. So $56ish. I really wanted to try several of these, and selected the Mystery box, too, along with the tiny free samples.

    • Thanks for the price breakdown ! I got the briogeo, verb ghost oil, farmacy mask, Ren glycolic mask and the tidal cream.

  8. Looks like they’ve fixed it so you can’t order 5 of the same item. The value just isn’t there for me unless I can get more than one of the REN. I already have two of the bags, so it’s like getting a birchbox for $25. No thanks.

  9. I can’t get the discount to take place

    • Yeah the 20% doesn’t apply to customizables. It pops up, I can’t remember where, stating it doesn’t work.

      • I used the 20% on this today. The price in my cart showed $125 until I got to the second checkout screen with shipping/payment info, when with the discount it dropped to $20.

    • It won’t do it correctly on the mobile app. I had to go to the website and hen it worked.

  10. Just an FYI for anyone buying this kind of customizable set–double check to make sure you actually receive all the items you selected. I ordered one of the hair sets about two weeks ago, and when one of the items went out of stock in between when I placed my order and when it was sent out, the system treated it like a single out-of-stock item vs part of a set. I got an email saying I hadn’t been charged for the missing item, but since what you pay for is the set and not the individual items, the “refund” didn’t affect my total and I was charged full price for a set with a missing product (I did get it resolved after about 30-40 minutes of back & forth on their online chat, and wasn’t totally thrilled with the outcome).

    • I had the same issue. It was a battle. I wish they would have given me some sort of option before they shipped it. Like refund or replacement product.

    • Yeah their customer service sucks! I tried ordering this customizeable set but the site was acting up! First it said I could not add more than 1 item when I only had 1 item of each then after I selected the ones I wanted they disappeared! I was so pissed but I selected them again, kept playing around with it until the error code finally went away, thought it went through fine. After thinking about it some more I realized there was no breakdown of what I was getting in my set, just my free samples. So I emailed right after and they tell me it’s too late to modify my order and that it was basically my fault for confirming the order. They also said to wait till I received my items then I could return the items for a refund. How does that make sense?! I literally just placed the order and it can’t be fixed?! Especially since the site was acting up on me…finally after emailing and calling them several times I was able to “put in a request” to cancel the order. Never again. I cancelled my play by sephora subscription and I am NEVER ordering from them again.
