I ordered this a week ago and it is on its way. I noticed that my account shows my next billing date as the end of January – I think it’s a glitch (3 months exactly after my order) and I’m still debating if I should cancel before they charge for the winter box (I’m hearing November 14th as a date for that?). I feel kind of bad doing that… but I also don’t want to pay $100 and find out the hero item is something I can’t use.

One thing to consider with this code is that you will receive the Fall box and will not be able to cancel before being billed for the Winter box. I was going to try it out, but don’t want to commit to both. My experience with Customer Service was very good, I checked this with them and they responded right away.

I just ordered, but I guess I’m the only one who’s excited about it, lol. I really wanted the wrap and the bracelet. I wouldn’t normally buy that belt, but I’ll definitely wear it and the lipgloss is a nice bonus. I’d actually been going back and forth on just sucking it up and treating myself to the box at full price, so $50 made me very happy:) Thanks for posting!

Damn, they must have a crap load of those Fall boxes left. Since we are quickly approaching mid November and the Winter box is supposed to ship in a few weeks you would think they would already be drumming up interest (ie a spoiler) for Winter. Must remember to cancel my subscription so I don’t get charged for another year…as it seems this box is heading downhill very quickly.

I agree. This is the second call for a deep discount on the Fall box. I personally think this is a flop box for fall, and I’m not surprised it’s come to this, but you’d think they would save these items and try to do a sampler box like PopSugar does. All the same it’s a shame the Zoe box is not working out 🙁 maybe Winter will blow us all away! Here’s to hoping 🙂

I’ll save $100 off this box by not ordering it ? In all seriousness, they obviously have lots of stock left from this very taste specific box, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see it for $25 on Black Friday. I’d rather spend my $50 on another awesome FFF box!

I’m very disappointed in Rachel Zoe…I hate to be negative but I need to vent for a moment. Here’s my story…

Shortly after receiving my Fall Box I cancelled my subscription. Then in late October I received the email that many others did, offering $50 off to resubscribe, so I pulled the trigger, assuming the resubscription would resume where my old subscription left off, beginning with the Winter Box. But upon processing my payment I received an email that my “Fall Box” (the box I had already received) was on its way. I immediately sent an email to the company stating that I had already received the Fall Box and assumed my resubscription would start with the Winter Box. I never received an answer. Instead, about 10 days later, I received a tracking number for the shipment of the Fall Box. Once again, I emailed the company and this time received a response stating that they were “sorry about that” and that they would make an exception to their rules and allow me to return the duplicate Fall Box. However, they also said that because they had paid for the outbound shipping, I would be responsible for the return shipping…to the tune of about $30. So I essentially had to pay for their record keeping mistake. I wasn’t willing to pay $30 to return a $50 box so I just decided to keep it and now I’m stuck with 2 of everything. I love sub boxes but it’s stuff like this that just makes me want to throw in the towel and take a break for a while ?

Sorry to vent, but I wanted to make people aware in case anyone did exactly what I did. If so, you might want to start making a list of people and/or charities to whom you plan to gift your duplicate items. At least it’s well timed with the holidays…silver lining, I guess.

I had something weird happen too, I was sent 2 fall boxes, and I emailed BoS about it, they asked me to return the extra or they would charge me $100! I said no I will send it back, but I wasn’t paying for shipping since they made the mistake. They sent me a label and I sent it back, lol.

I thought if a company accidentally sends you something they technically are gifting it to you. Obviously, morally it is good to report it/offer to send it back on their dime- but I don’t think they can legally charge you for a duplicate in their error.

Oh wow! I think I would’ve just had the mailman return to sender & disputed the charge. Does it say in their terms they can charge $30? They must be really desperate to get rid of the Fall boxes.
