  1. does anyone have an update on when box 2.4 is going to ship out?

    • It shipped early November but mine hasn’t shipped yet event though I tried many times to get in touch with the customer service. Said they would fix the problem but nothing happened. Wish I could cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, I signed up for a year and the “October ” box is only my 2nd one…

    • So there are two of you still without the 2.4 box? I’m still waiting too. Was sent a second tracking number which is still stuck at label created, just like the first one.

      • I am still waiting on the 2.4. This is getting ridiculous. how can they advertise the 2.5 when they haven’t even responded to my emails, Facebook messages or Instagram messages asking for the status of my box.

        • Same here! Still nothing… they don’t even bother to answer my emails about what is going on with my subscription. Very disappointing (to say the least)!
          Is there anything we can do?

  2. I think this box has the potential to become the best sub out there. French products, I mean who doesn’t like that? They just need to be a bit more organized when it comes to shipping out their boxes and not get ahead of themselves with spoilers and promises, cause otherwise they will continue to lose customers. I signed up for a year and I hope the coming boxes will be worth it!

  5. I was very underwhelmed with the last box. I was missing 3 of the guaranteed items. I contacted them a week ago and they said they would place an order for missing items and send shipping notification. Still waiting… sorry to hear some haven’t received their box yet. I won’t be purchasing another box which is sad because I like the spoiler.

  6. I cancelled mine by email but have yet to receive a refund for the remaining months on my annual subscription. Not happy

    • I didn’t know you could cancel mid-annual subscription! Please let me know if you get a response, I haven’t been too happy with the last few either.

      • I don’t think you can. Unless they do something significant not not follow through on a promised value or something. But then I’m pretty sure you’d have to take it up with your credit card company.

    • Try emailing to request tracking number. When i did they emailed me the tracking number the next day and i got the actual it shipped email a couple days after that.

  10. Love that they already have spoilers out when I have yet to receive my October box. Nice.
