Each box comes with a card listing the box’s contents and brand partners.

christmas-crate-september-2016-scarf

Umo Lorenzo Plaid Fringe Scarf  – Value $14.95

Another Christmas Crate exclusive! This cozy fringe scarf is a soft acrylic. I like that the scarf could easily be gifted to either a man or woman if you decided not to keep it yourself. It has an old-fashioned, timeless look and is very warm.

christmas-crate-september-2016-taffy

Salty Road Snow Mint Salt Water Taffy – Value $7.00

This taffy is peppermint flavored with a little sea salt crunch to brighten up the flavor. I wasn’t sure how I would like peppermint and salt together, but it works! The taffy is fresh, sweet and chewy. I don’t see Snow Mint for sale on the Salty Road website, but there are some other flavors I really want to try next!

Sweet Intensions Christmas Cheer Bath Bomb – Value $7.00

Sweet Intensions is a new subscription box on the market that sends monthly boxes of bath bombs. You can also buy individual bombs for $7.00 each, though I don’t see the Christmas Cheer bomb available at this time. Christmas Cheer is peppermint scented and it has little red and green sparkles throughout for a festive effect.

Festive Blend Holiday Hair Tie Pack – Value $2.00?

I love these holiday inspired hair elastics, but unfortunately, my thin straight hair doesn’t stay up with these. They will be passed along to someone with thick hair who will enjoy them.

christmas-crate-september-2016-pasta

Pasta Shoppe Christmas Tree Pasta – Value $5.50

Such cute pasta! I love the tiny little green, red and white trees. I can’t wait to make this for the kids on Christmas Eve.

christmas-crate-september-2016-candle

Ash and Ember Studios Christmas Caramel Apple Candle – Value $5?

Ash and Ember makes beautiful hand poured soy candles. I don’t see any 4 oz. candles in tins on their website so I’m not sure if this was made especially for Christmas Crate, but it sure smells delicious! It has a sweet note from the caramel, but also a bright tangy apple scent to give it depth. It makes the house smells phenomenal.

Verdict: Now that the weather has gotten chilly I am enjoying My Christmas Crate even more. I love how opening the box each month brings a little holiday cheer into our house. This month’s value is $41.45 and has a nice mix of food, fashion, lifestyle and beauty items. My favorite items this month are the candle, scarf, and taffy!
