I love getting books in my child’s subscription boxes and then there is the added benefit of this one being about YOGA! Yoga practice is a great way to promote a mindful, thoughtful, peaceful way of thinking into my daughter’s life.

These crystals along with their cute little pouch are my daughter’s favorite! There is something about rocks and kids that just go together and these rocks are both beautiful and meaningful. I consider these all as a group since they wouldn’t be useful if each stood alone. I was unable to locate these online but there are plenty of sources on Etsy for these type of items.

These are all natural organic fruit strips with ¼ cup of fruit per strip. My daughter loved it!
Activities: Mindful Coloring & Magical Wand Making Activity - Value $10.00?
My daughter loves to color so these little coloring sheets and the activity are a nice way to encourage mindfulness. Plus, who couldn’t use more joy in their lives?

Verdict: Mindfulness Box for Kids is a great way to support practicing mindfulness at home with the little ones. It’s a struggle for me to practice mindfulness each day so I truly appreciate anything I can get to support that practice. I’m hoping my daughter will be better than I am due to us discussing and practicing it at a young age. The items in this box the last two months have inspired great conversations with my daughter and I’ve very pleased with that. My estimated value of this box is $35.57 which is probably puts the items at equal or a bit above the monthly cost and then, of course, you must factor in shipping which is worth a lot to me since I live in the middle of nowhere!
