Here’s a little card that shows each bi-monthly box’s theme.

The Idea Chíc team also included a handwritten note. How sweet!

3 Vintage Thank You Postcards – Value $3.29

These craft-paper-brown cards are a charming, low-key way to send a little gratitude someone’s way. I like that the address section is lined to keep my sometimes messy handwriting in check. They’re printed on cardstock with a brown craft paper look to them. I know a few folks that would love the antique vibe of these cards!

Merci Card – Value $4.00

This is one of the more traditional cards in the box, but the French flair still makes it feel unique. The subtle blue floral pattern looks really lovely nestled in the craft paper envelope.

Orange Patterned Thank You Notecard – Value $2.80

I really like these notecards that Idea Chíc makes. They’re thicker than the other greeting cards and feel crisper and more sophisticated. The designs are really beautiful, too. The flower pattern across the top of this card is pressed into the notecard just a smidge, which adds a neat textural element to the experience. And I really love that the envelope matches the orange of the card!

Thank You Wreath Card – Value $2.59

This card is so pretty! The “wreath” on this card isn’t particularly wintry, but especially as we’re getting closer to the holidays, I feel like this design would be perfect for a little post-gift-exchange correspondence! The green is beautifully vibrant, and the details on this illustration are delicate and super pretty.

Dotted Thank You Notecard – Value $2.99

This was my favorite card in the box. It’s really modern and crisp. Simple and sweet. Like the orange notecard, this is printed on sturdy cardstock, and the printed bits are pressed in just so.

Wooden Thank You Postcard – Value $5.95

This graphic, almost art-deco postcard is printed on birch veneer, which has a lovely sheen and sturdy, yet surprisingly flexible feel to it. The ink is black, I believe, but against the slight gold tint of the wood, it has more of an espresso brown color. The “thank you” on the front is dark evergreen.

Here it is on the flip side.

6 Thank You Stickers – Value $2?

Last, but not least, we have some thank you stickers in a variety of patterns. I could see using these to seal up the envelopes.

Verdict: I liked this Idea Chíc Stationery Box! I’m always scrambling for stationery, especially thank you notes. Having this adorable, versatile arsenal of thank you notes at the ready will come in a lot of handy for me. My favorite thing, though, is the attention to detail paid to each design, from the beautifully done illustrations to the uncommon textures. Each box costs $19.95, and this month’s value clocked in at about $24.00, so these handmade cards are worth the cost. I definitely recommend the high-quality, charming items you get in this box!

  1. I have been eyeing this sub for a couple of months and finally decided to sub today for 3 months. Excited because I’ll get the Christmas box, letterpress stationary, and Valentine’s. I love old fashioned cards and letters. I have two friends (plus myself) who still clip out newspaper articles and send them in a card. Could we copy and paste a link in an email? Of course, but there is nothing like the thrill of getting that card (or letter) in the mail. And if it has a newspaper article you really feel loved because you know they were thinking about you and took the time to cut it, write a note, and pop it in the mail.

    • Thanks for your three month subscription! The Christmas box ships Monday!

  2. Thank you for the thoughtful review! We are thrilled you like and can use these cards.
