I have to say I got my glossybox yesterday and Wow!! Loved every single thing in it. I have been ambivalent the last several months but November knocked it out of the park for me.

Three months in a row, I’ve received the same type of full sized product (face wash) and told them I hate hair products but still keep getting one. The colors they choose are awful. I was super excited the first few months, but the last few months have been awful. And guess what? If you wait to cancel until you receive the current month’s box, you’re still stuck with next month. Eh. Don’t do it. Crate Job’s So Susan Lip Love is sooooo much better.

Dear Glossybox,
If you’d go back to curating awesome boxes and address your customer service issues, you’d have tons of loyal subscribers. Giveaways aren’t necessary when you’re constantly great. Find a way to set yourself apart. Stop with the mascaras, and red lip products and introduce us to things we have no idea we need until we realize we can’t live without them! Oh, and finally, make sure the values of your box variations are equal and advertising is accurate and clear!!!
Sincerely,
Beauty box enthusiast

If only Glossybox read posts like these. This month I was supposed to get my bonus box after Glossydot redemption…not only have I not received the box they won’t reply to my email.

It would have to be an AMAZING deal for me to sign up with them again, and I mean AMAZING!

I redeemed my Glossydots for a November box too. I hadn’t gotten a confirmation email so I sent them an email this morning. I got a reply from them less than a half hour later saying that my free box was shipped November 10, along with a tracking number for my box. I’m not sure why they didn’t send me the tracking info in the first place, but it looks like my box will be here Monday. I hope yours shows up too!

Last year I got the Gilt City $105 1-year sub deal, and this year, that still wouldn’t be a good enough deal for me to sign back up.
