I signed up in November for a deluxe box. Filled out my profile which clearly said classic and delicate. Had to remind them twice to send me the product in December. Received 3/5 pieces that were anything but classic and delicate ( and one of those additional two were definitely on the edge). Despite it saying on their website (and on my original contact with CS ) that they would send a return receipt I didn’t receive one. I contacted them again. They finally responded that my items fit my profile ( for example large statement butterfly ring!!) When I pushed back I got a return receipt for a partial return. They received it on 1/9. When I heard nothing I again contacted them and they said it would be sent this past week. No tracking or receipt of substitutions as of now. I asked for an update to my profile further clarifying that I do not want this type of jewelry. This has not been done either so God knows what will be in the January box that I haven’t received.Can’t find any of the items online to prove their promised RV for a deluxe box. I signed up for three months of this…and it wasn’t cheap.. try not to make the same mistake.

I can’t make up my mind whether to do this one or the holiday one.
Would love to hear from anyone who has subscribed to either in the past.
