OK, on to the goods!
The Upside Down Shirt – Value $15?
This month’s featured shirt knocks it out of the park! This Stranger Things inspired shirt is from artist Barrett Biggers. Fans of the show will immediately spot the tree, the crew on their bikes, and, of course, Eleven.
Spider-Man Shirt – Value $15?
This month includes a Marvel shirt – it’s your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man! This looks similar to other Marvel license ShirtPunch tees – I like the basic comic book character tees, so it’s a win for me.
Deceptipop Shirt – Value $15?
They should actually make these popsicles! I like the color scheme of this shirt, while I’m not a Transformers fan, this is a fun design that I may have to keep.
All Your Friends Are Dead Shirt – Value $15?
This is AWESOME! This ugly Christmas sweater inspired Jason shirt is just in time for Halloween. I’m not sure I could improve on this design.
Surf Shop Shirt – Value $15?
Johnny Utah is Keanu Reeves’ character in the original Point Break.
Those years were a simpler time for Keanu when he was still reprising his role of Ted “Theodore” Logan.
Verdict: I loved my Shirt Block for the second month in a row. That being said, $40 (shipped) is a lot of money to dish out on a risk – so, it may help to have a theme or show off the featured franchises to reduce the risk. So far, I’ve been lucky enough to get a lot of shirts that I’ll wear and will cover the cost.
