  1. Random: Works for royal mail in the uk, was booking in the customs items that have got charges on them and one was clearly one of these boxes so guess not bothering getting one now for the gf since know it’s going to get stopped by customs :/

  2. I took Liz’s advice to use Paypal. This is my third box and my Pusheen does not stand up. But it seeed that Liz’s did not either. So no big deal to me. I read a lot of comments on their fb page and it seemed that CS is bad. I guess I would subto it until I have a big problem, then I would dispute through Paypal. I cannot even log in tom my account right now, and the forget your password thing does not work. I love Pusheen and I have a grey cat.

    • I’ve gotten three boxes (Spring through Fall) and haven’t received any damaged items. My Bat Pusheen has trouble standing and has a bulge on the bottom of the figure, but from Liz’s review it sounds like that’s just poor design (not a damaged item). I changed one of my sizes between Spring and Summer through their website and have had no issues with getting boxes or getting the correct size.

I can’t speak for how CS is (since I haven’t had to contact them), and Facebook makes it sound like every box is damaged, but I’ve had no problems so far (yes, I realize that by posting this my Winter box will arrive thoroughly stomped).

    • They have a new website, so you have to email them to get your account migrated to the new website. They will send you the link you need.

  3. I still haven’t received mine – tracking says 10/26. I hope my stuff doesn’t arrive damaged as stated above.

  4. I’m kinda bummed – a couple of my items arrived damaged and I’m waiting to hear from Pusheen CS. The teacup and plate had faulty paint (plate had a smudge in the paint and there was a scratch in the paint of the cup), and the vinyl figure had a little flaw in the wing….

The vinyl figure issue wasn’t a huge deal, but the teacup was. I hope CS can replace the items! Does anyone know if these items are replaceable, or if they are actually sold out when the boxes sell out?

    • I received mine Saturday and I emailed them right away. Still haven’t heard back. My cup and plate had half the design missing and my coasters were stuck together so the stamp on the back tranferred to the front of 2 coasters. Now they have orange writing all over Pusheen. I’m not hopeful that they will even respond.

      • Oh no – I didn’t check the coasters! Ugh, I will have to check them when I get home, but they seemed ok in the little pouch. I should have taken them out before writing to them 🙁

    • Just got ours and our teacup was also damaged. I am going to contact them. I really hope they will replace it. I am surprised that we will receive a box in December, I figured it would be January. It makes sense for holiday gifts, though.

    • My planter from the Spring box was smashed and it was a pain in the neck dealing with their customer service. I highly recommend only purchasing this box through Paypal. After multiple emails with no response I finally opened a Paypal dispute and got a response from them. I eventually got a replacement but I think it was only the fact that I opened the Paypal dispute that got them to respond.

      • Do you mind me asking why it’s easier to open a Paypal dispute, rather than a dispute with your credit card? I have disputed charges with my credit card in the past and it has generally worked in my favor, so I don’t see how Paypal is any different… plus I just hate dealing with Paypal CS generally because they’re the worst.

        • In my case, I don’t pay by credit card but by debit card so there is no dispute process for damaged items just for actual fraud/theft, in my understanding. Any road, I didn’t have to deal with Paypal CS as Pusheen box responded within a day of starting the process.

  5. > This box is $43.95 + $6 Shipping to the US, and ships mid-October

mid October? do you mean mid December, Liz?

    • Oops! Thank you for catching that! 🙂

  6. I wish they would ship it earlier I didn’t feel like I had my Halloween to enjoy for the season.

    • Mine still hasn’t arrived and it’s already the 25th. I’m guessing my winter box won’t arrive until after Christmas if shipping takes that long for me.

  7. I just noticed that it’s only 2 months between the fall and winter boxes but then 4 months between the winter and spring box. Darn, that will be a long 4 months.

    • yeah, they really need to ship the fall box in September, if not in August. Both to space the shipments apart better but also to give you a chance to use the fall/halloween items more than a week before halloween.
