Zen Garden (succulent, Buddha, crystals) - Total value $20.00
I love this little zen garden! This was a great idea! I added my items to a lonely succulent I already had in a pot and it turned out beautiful. Hopefully, I won’t kill it though which wouldn’t be very Zen at all.
Rune stone - Value $1.00
A rune stone is a stone carved with runes. My rune symbol is Uruz which stands for strength, power, courage and the ox.
Bella Luna Luz Awakening Aromatherapy Lip Balm - Value $3.50
My daughter and I received this balm and we both really like it. It’s very moisturizing and made with natural ingredients too.

“This crystal-infused aromatherapy mist has been custom-blended using uplifting and zesty lemongrass paired with Litsea Cubeba.” This stuff smells great! My daughter and I share it as a pick me up in the morning.
18 Rabbits Granola Bar - Value $1.00

And it really does taste great too.
Verdict: Mindfulness Box is a great way to support practicing mindfulness practice. It’s a struggle for me to practice mindfulness each day so I truly appreciate anything I can get to support it. I enjoyed everything in the box and I love the succulent garden so I’m very pleased with this month. The value is at $40.00 for the cost of the $29.00 subscription which is great for a box like this.
