This month's theme is "Love is Learning." I received info cards and a coupon for 20% off at Orchard Bar.
Black Forest Organic Gummy Cherries - Value $1.31
These gummy cherries are gluten and fat-free, with no artificial flavors or coloring. Black Forest is kind of the top of the line gummy candy - right up there with Haribo. I really enjoyed these gummy cherries. I love anything cherry flavored and these were no exception.
Cosmos Creations - Caramel Apple Crisp Puffed Corn - Value $0.75
I love anything Cosmos Creations comes out with. I absolutely adore the salted caramel version of this puffed corn - so much so that my friends buy it for me when they find it in stores! This caramel apple crisp flavor is really great, but nothing can beat the salted caramel in my book.
Lance Gluten Free Peanut Butter sandwich crackers - Value $1.04
I really enjoyed these peanut butter crackers. They were buttery, peanut-y, and crunchy. I definitely could not tell these were gluten-free.
Orchard Bar Bites - Strawberry, Raspberry & Walnut flavor - Value $0.67
This fruit bar is brought to you by the makers of Aplets and Cotlets. Instead of apples and apricots, though, this bar is made with strawberries and raspberries, along with walnuts. I did enjoy this bar, but I'm not sure I would seek it out in the future.
Loacker Cocoa Milk Wafers - Value $1.50?
These wafers are supposedly #1 in Italy. When given a choice, I always choose something different than wafer cookies but since I had these on hand they were great with coffee.
Vermont Cracked Pepper Beef & Pork Stick - Value $0.68
I asked a friend to try this for me and they said it had great flavor and that the cracked pepper flavors came through nicely with the beef and pork. So there you go!
Bunches of Crunches Superfood Grainola - Dark Chocolate Sea Salt with Chia - Value $0.65
This granola has amaranth, millet, and chia seeds, which provide 10 grams of whole grains in one serving. The flavor comes through very nicely and I loved the crunch!
Here's a closer look at all the snacks:
Verdict: This Love with Food box comes out to about $6.60. That is a little disappointing. There is quite a value in discovering new brands and products but the value of the products you're receiving is quite an incentive to stick with a box or abandon ship. I did enjoy my Love With Food box this month, I just wish they would increase the value.
