They offer over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences.

For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to trash snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.

Eleanor’s Apple Crumble

My mom makes a mean apple crumble, so this snack has serious nostalgic appeal for me. It’s a mix of soft apple pieces, caramelized honey and cinnamon almonds, and raisins. While it certainly doesn’t come close to the real thing, I’m a fan of this snack. The honey cinnamon almonds are particularly delicious.

Vitamin C Crush

This tropical fruit blend is a combination of mango, pineapple pieces, and coconut flakes. I really like both dried pineapple and mango, so this snack is right up my alley.

Peanut Butter & Jelly

Graze’s take on a peanut butter and jelly sandwich consists of baked salted peanuts, vanilla fudge, and raspberry fruit strings. I’d never think to put little cubes of vanilla fudge in a snack inspired by a pb&j, but it’s a great addition that brings to mind the creaminess of peanut butter.

Baobab & Raspberry Clusters

Graze regularly releases new snacks, and it looks like this is from a new line of “supersnacks”! Baobab is new to me, but it’s a really fascinating fruit. It’s packed with nutrients, and the pulp that’s located inside the hard outer shell is dry and brittle. In this snack, Graze incorporates baobab fruit into crunchy clusters of raspberry and coconut and mixes them with soft apple pieces and pumpkin seeds. I like this snack a lot, and it’s fun to see Graze seeking out exotic new ingredients.

Tuscan Pesto Kern Pops

This snack is a mix of cheddar flavored popped corn kernels and mini basil breadsticks. I’m pretty much always craving carbs, so I really like this snack. The flavor is great.

Beet Chips w/ Jalapeno, Chickpeas, & Sunflower Seeds

This is another supersnack from Graze’s new line, but I’m not sure I like it as much as the baobab clusters… It’s a combination of beet chips, jalapeño chickpeas, and sunflower seeds. The beet chips are sweet and crunchy, but Graze loses me a bit with the jalapeño chickpeas. It’s an interesting flavor combo, but I don’t think it’s for me.

Banana Caramel Dippers

Banana Caramel Dippers are one of my all time favorite Graze snacks, and I’d be happy if they were included in every single one of my boxes. The soft, banana-flavored cookies are delicious with the rich and sweet caramel. Yum!

Green Tea & Cherry Almond Bites

It appears that this is yet another of Graze’s new snacks!

graze-october-2016-packet5open

I like the idea of receiving tea and cookies, and the Cherry Almond Bites in this packet are chewy, sweet, and delicious. My husband and I are big tea drinkers, though, so we always have a well-stocked selection of teas. I’d think I’d rather have a full-sized snack and provide my own tea bag, so I’ve adjusted my preferences to make sure I don’t receive this snack again. I highly recommend it, though, for anyone who enjoys the occasional cup of tea and likes the idea of pre-packed tea and cookie pairings.

Verdict: I’m always happy to see my Graze box arrive in the mail! It’s one of the first subscription boxes I ever signed up for, and it’s still one of my favorites. I like the wide variety of snacks, and I appreciate how easy it is to update my preferences online (so I can “trash” any snacks that I don’t like or that pop up too regularly). The single-serve snack packs are a great size, and they’re perfect for tossing into my handbag for eating on the go. For the 8-snack box ($11.99 per month), the per snack breakdown is $1.50. I’m happy with that!

I bought my mom a subscription to this box and she LOVES it. She needs to keep snacks with her at all times. So I thought this would be better than junk food. I am want a box for myself now.

I just clicked on the link to receive the 4 snack item for free, then signed up to receive the subscription, but the website says it’s $11.99 per WEEK! Is that correct? It says it’s a regular subscription (every week)

It’s correct, but you should be able to change the frequency of delivery between weekly, every other week, and every four weeks (account -> manage subscriptions -> little drop down menu in the top section). (Although it’s possible that four weeks is no longer an option and I’m grandfathered in? I can’t quite remember, but you should definitely be able to switch to less frequently than weekly) You can also ‘snooze’ (delay shipment) on your box from the home page, so that you can space them out even further, or make sure they don’t arrive on a week your not home (I haven’t paid super close attention, but there are 4 weeks in the dropdown, and you can usually thus gain an extra four weeks between shipment. But sometimes it’s already in the middle of those four and I can only gain an extra week or two, but I’m really forgetful and that might be from having snoozed it previously).
So, while the default delivery is weekly, you can definitely change it up to get it less often than that.

Sigh. You’re, not your in ‘your not home’.

Also, if you’re thinking of trying graze, I definitely recommend it

Sarah Paul

After your free trial box it is $11.99 per box, which is weekly.

Summer

I have had about 5 or 6 boxes from Graze. I love everything except the kern pops (partially popped corn, I think?), which I find have an unpleasant crunchiness, and I usually love crunchy food. Sometimes I couldn’t even bite all the way through them. Everything else is absolutely fabulous. I’m dropping the sub now in favour of just buying entire packages of my favourites from their store.

Amie

I should never read the food and snack reviews so close to lunchtime! Now I’m starving.
