Birchbox Man is a monthly grooming and lifestyle subscription box for men. Each month, you’ll receive 3-4 sample size items to try along with another lifestyle item that you can select. The selection process opens about a month before shipping and, typically, allows you to pick 1 of 3 selection items.

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).

Kiko Leather Two-Fold Card Case – Value $20

Each month, you’ll be able to choose one of your items. Typically, you’ll have 3 choices of men’s lifestyle items. This month, I chose the Kiko Leather card case.

It’s super slim and flexible – much slimmer than a wallet, but also lacking the full features of a wallet.

It opens to reveal two simple pockets made to hold your essential cards. I don’t carry many cards with me, so I think I’m going to try this out as an everyday wallet solution to reduce the thickness in my back pocket.

It’s genuine leather as well – very simple, but done at high quality.

PLANT Brooklyn Wake Up Body Wash – 1 OZ – Value $2.10 (based on $20 Full-Size)

This body wash is made with Rosemary and Lemongrass essential oils. It isn’t super strong in scent, but the formula was created to do just what the bottle says – wake ou up! It’s got a very similar scent to the ‘Morning Shift’ bar I received in my September Birchbox Man. I missed that soap once it was gone, so I’m happy to replace it with this!

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Oil-Free Cleanser – 1 OZ – Value $3.90 (based on $19.50 Full-Size)

My next item is from Kiehl’s, which is a common addition to my Birchbox Man delivery. I’m not complaining, though, I’ve really like every Kiehl’s product that I’ve used – so this box has been a nice discovery. I’m looking forward to testing out this since I’ve just finished my Facial Fuel from October and Oil Eliminator from September.

Anthony All Purpose Facial Moisturizer – .5 OZ – Value $5 (based on $30 Full-Size)

The final item that is not a cologne is from Anthony. I just received hand lotion from this company in my recent Men’s Health Box – and I liked it because it had a light scent. This facial moisturizer has a much stronger scent – and it’s a citrus one at that. That being said, I kind of like it – it gives me a little pick me up when applying it. The jury is still out if this becomes a favorite brand or not.

Eight & Bob: Egypt – 1.5 ML – Value $2.47 (based on $165 Full-Size)

Finally, we received two cologne samples from Eight & Bob. The first is Egypt. It has, what I would consider, a pretty standard cologne scent – but it also wasn’t completely overwhelming. While I don’t wear much cologne, this is something I’d consider on special occasions.

Eight & Bob: Original – 1.5 ml – Value $2.62 (based on $175 Full-Size)

The second cologne is their original scent. This was a lighter, more floral, scent – closer to a perfume. I’d lean to the Egypt scent over the Original if I were in need of a cologne.

Verdict: I’ve really been enjoying Birchbox Man lately. I can typically make sample sizes last a little longer since I don’t necessarily use a lot of these items all the time – so I feel like I extend the life pretty well leaving me excited for the delivery once it arrives. I also like the Birchbox Man selection system – the lifestyle product is what puts it over the top for me, as I would be less interested in a box with only products to try.

What did you think of the November Birchbox Man?
