Tennis Trunk sends an informational pamphlet along with each box. This month’s theme is “Recovery Technique for Tennis Training” so the products focused on ways tennis players can address common problems in training.

Sunmark Epsom Salt - Value $1.73

I have some epsom salt but rarely use it. After reading the information on in Tennis Trunk’s pamphlet, I’m ready to give it another try. I’m super sore this week from a hard work out so I’m hoping an epsom salt bath will help relieve some of the soreness and pain along with improve muscle and nerve function (like the literature says!)

Vita Coco Pure Coconut Water (sample size) - Value $2.00?

We are huge coconut water fans and we like how this brand tastes. This is a tiny bottle but it will work well for taking along on a hike or a bike ride. If you haven’t tried coconut water for rehydrating after a tough work out, I recommend it.

Road to Pro Tennis Swing Trainer - Value $9.99

This is a really cool product! The band fits on your hard and it helps to keep your arms set when you swing. The box in this subscription came with one arm band but the full system comes with three so you’ll probably need more to address all swing problems. You can see a demonstration of the product here.

101 Essential Tips: Tennis - $5.00

This book has some nice basic tips for newer tennis players.

ProTennis Premium Sunscreen - $10.95

We received this sunscreen in a previous box. I like it and we’ve used it a lot because it has almost no scent, it rubs in well and stays put. Plus, the aloe in it really moisturizes my skin!

Wilson US Open Extra Duty - $10.68 (2 cans)

These are great tennis balls! I love them and getting Tennis Trunk monthly means that I’m never without them. Happy me.

Verdict: Tennis Trunk is a great subscription for tennis players! The products they send each month correlate well to the theme and I always find them useful. Plus, getting new balls each month is great for building my tennis ball collection to fill my hopper. The value is $40.35 worth of items for the price of $34.99 (or less for prepaid options) and everything is useful so I’m happy. In addition, Tennis Trunk has been consistent with their shipping which is something I really appreciate. I’m one happy tennis player with Tennis Trunk!
