Each box comes with a little card that discusses the theme & focus for that month. This month, the theme is all about Joy, curated by Liz Joy from PureJoyHome.
On the flip side, the card lists and described all the items featured that month.

Vine Street Market Perfect Extra Long Striped Jersey Scarf – value: $40
This scarf is great! (Better pics below.) It’s very soft and made of a comfortable jersey material. It’s a great casual accessory.
West Emory Ring Dish – value: $7.99
This ring dish is pretty! It’s a plain white ceramic on the outside and gold on the inside. (FYI - It’s sold at Target but I actually saw it in person at Target on sale for $5!)

Everly Mango Drink Mix – value: $3.49
These drink mix packets are zero-calorie, sugar free, and natural! They’re designed to flavor your water to make you want to drink more! They taste pretty good, too, and this flavor has natural caffeine, too.
So Susan Colour Hybrid – value: $17.50
This is a lip and cheek “cream-mousse.” It’s soufflé-esque. It’s also highly pigmented.
Kala Sea Salt Hand Crème – 0.75 fl oz, value: $3?
I really love this hand lotion! It is made with 20% natural shea butter, “the aroma Swedish Dream Sea Salt,” infusions of sunflower, lavender, calendula, and olive oil. I really liked this hand lotion and it’s a nice little size to pop in my purse. It works great and smells really light and fresh.
Here’s a shot of me wearing the So Susan Lip and Cheek product. You’re supposed to put one dot on your cheeks and lips and blend and I have to tell you that this is SO important! When I first tried it, I applied it like a normal lip gloss or something. It was heavy and patchy and I wasn’t impressed. But the info card says to use a small amount and blend and that’s really key – I was left with a really nice stain that was long wearing! It’s a bit dry/matte so I added some lip balm on top and it worked out well.
Verdict: This month’s Mommy Mailbox included some items I’m really excited about (the scarf and hand cream especially). I think that many featured products also work well as the seasons transition. I know it says “mommy” in the name, but it’s a great box for women in general. I estimate the total box value to be about $71.98 (with the scarf as the “hero item”), which is good! Overall I’m happy.
