Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
They offer over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences.
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to trash snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Peachy Orchard
Peachy Orchard has been popping up a lot lately in my Graze boxes, but I really don’t mind because it’s one of my favorite snacks. It’s a mix of rhubarb slices, pear, and peach fruit drops. The peach fruit drops are gummy and SO good.
Super Forest Fruits
This dried fruit mix contains soft apple pieces, cherry flavored raisins, lingonberries, and blueberries. Dried fruit is one of my favorite (healthy) ways to indulge my sweet tooth, so I like keeping it stocked for those evenings when my cravings take over. I think it’s a nice guilt-free way to get a sweet fix.
Veggie Caesar
This is one of Graze’s newer snacks, and I really like it. It contains ranch flavored half popped corn kernels, cheddar cheese bruschetta, and edamame beans. I ended up adding this to a salad, and it was a fun way to add crunch and flavor.
Gourmet Sour Cream & Garlic Crostini
In my humble opinion, the cashew is the king of all nuts. I love the soft bite and creamy texture! This snack combines sour cream and onion flavored cashews with garlic crostini. The mix is delicious, and I’m pretty sure I ate it with my eyes rolled back in my head.
Kettlecorn Kern Pops
Graze has a pretty full line of kern pops, and I have to admit that they’re not always my favorite. (I sometimes find myself wishing I was just eating popcorn instead.) Still, the sweet and salty flavor of this snack is great, and the kern pops have a satisfying crunch.
Salted Fudge & Peanut Cookie
Baked salted peanuts, mini cocoa cookies, redskin peanuts, and vanilla fudge come together in this deconstructed version of a salted fudge & peanut cookie. This is one of my highest-rated Graze snacks, and it pops up in my boxes pretty regularly. I can’t resist the little fudge cubes.
Banana Protein Flapjack
Flapjacks are kind of like soft granola bars, and Graze makes an entire line of different flavors. This one is made with mixed seeds and banana flavoring, and I have to say that I like it but it’s not my favorite. (I think the Lemon Drizzle Flapjack and the Honeycomb Flapjack are the best.)
Zesty Lime & Red Pepper Salsa
Yay for dippers! If you read my Graze reviews often, you probably know that I’m more than a little obsessed with Graze’s dippers. (Especially the Banana Caramel Dippers!) This snack pairs wholemeal pita chips with zesty lime & red pepper salsa. This was my first time trying this snack, and I was a little disappointed to find that the dip had the texture and consistency of ketchup, not salsa. I enjoyed the flavor of this snack, but I think the dip is a deal breaker for me. I’m going to adjust my online preferences so I don’t receive it again.
Verdict: I’m always happy to see my Graze box arrive in the mail! It’s one of the first subscription boxes I ever signed up for, and it’s still one of my favorites. I like the wide variety of snacks, and I appreciate how easy it is to update my preferences online (so I can “trash” any snacks that I don’t like or that pop up too regularly). The single-serve snack packs are a great size, and they’re perfect for tossing into my handbag for eating on the go. For the 8-snack box ($11.99 per month), the per snack breakdown is $1.50. I’m happy with that!
