The packaging here is great! It is cute and fun. The outside box fits neatly around the inside box which came in perfect condition. If you are a collector, this is important and Disney does this right.

My kids collect tsum tsums and enjoy playing with them so we were excited to see what would be featured this month. Disney does not release spoilers for this box.

Here is what we saw when we looked down into the box:

It’s Belle and Beast from Beauty and the Beast! We would have been pretty surprised if it was anything else because this month Disney is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the movie’s release and has been actively posting on social media about this recently. This is more than fine with us since we love the movie. My daughters are especially excited because, surprisingly enough, this is our first princess tsum tsum!

Here are the tsum tsums out of the box! How adorable is this?

Disney will be releasing a live action version of Beauty and the Beast next March with Emma Watson as Belle. Sounds like perfect casting to me.

My kids want the tags cut off all their toys first thing. If you look closely, you can see the tags in some of the pictures above. Here is what the tags look like in case you are wondering:

Let’s take a closer look.

Top, bottom, back. The bottom of tsum tsums have a little bit rougher, but still super soft, touch to give them a little grip and help them stay stacked more easily.

Belle is 3 ½ inches long. Beast is 7 ½ inches long not counting his tail. The Belle tsum tsum comes with a working hood on her cape. Love it.

The mini plush usually sell individually for $5.95. The small size is new and currently only featured in this subscription box so an exact price is not available for that size. For reference, the slightly larger medium size, which is 11 inches, usually sells individually for $12.95, so the small should be somewhere in between.

So why is this subscription box $24.95? I am not sure, but my best guess is that it is because the small size plush is unique, the mini plush design is exclusive to the subscription, the price includes shipping, and tsum tsums are cute and collectible. Also, Disney!

You may recognize Belle and Beast’s outfits from the snowball fight scene where they start to fall in love. I also love that they are wearing capes. How timely!

Your daughter is precious! I have to admit, I had no idea what a Tsum Tsum was ’til now. My daughter is a bit old for these (14 yo), but I think they are adorable. I love that their outfits evoke a specific scene from the movie. I haven’t watched it in a while, but I could totally picture it as soon as you mentioned it.

I am also excited to learn there is a live action version of this coming with Emma Watson as Belle. That sounds fantastic! I think that will be something my daughter and I can still enjoy together!

Happy to hear you love the tsum tsums, too! They are adorable. (Plenty of adults collect them. I’m not sure you’re ever actually too old!) I hope you’re able to watch the new movie with your daughter when it comes out! 🙂
