This box comes with a fold out card detailing the items included.

adizero Boston– Value $120

This is my new favorite sneaker! It’s SUPER lightweight, comfortable, and I love the black on black adidas signature stripes with the white accents on the sole.

The mesh pieces make this shoe breathable, and the comfort is amazing, too. A+ sneaker!

ZNE Hoodie – Value $100

This hoodie is an early access exclusive to Avenue A subscribers!

The knit material of this jacket is made from a heavier fabric (62% cotton / 32% polyester / 6% elastane doubleknit), so it provides a good amount of warmth and is perfect for the cooler weather approaching!

It has big front pockets that close with zippers in the front:

And it has thumbholes on the cuffs and mesh lining on the inside of the pockets:

It has an oversized double-lined hood, too. Here is a look from the back:

I love the material of this jacket. It’s really comfortable, and something I know I’ll reach for constantly. Between this and the sneakers, my husband is ridiculously envious of this box, too!

Performer Tank – Value $25

This racerback tank has a high neckline and oversized armholes – this is the type of tank you wear when you want your sports bra to be seen! (Fortunately, adidas also included a cute sports bra in this box – so it works!)

I think this is a great staple piece, and it helps to balance out the outfit with the bolder designed bra and capris.

This is a super lightweight fabric too, so it would be good for layering as well.

GT Supernova Bra – Value $45

(Right now this print is exclusive to Avenue A subscribers!)

This cross-over back is really comfortable – and even the mesh straps were easy to wear!

The inside is completely lined with (non-removable) cups as well:

As far as support goes for sports bras, this is on the high-end and works for running.

And it matches the running tight:

Supernova Three-Quarters Tight – Value $65

This fabric is very lightweight, breathable, and made with their climalite fabric so it wicks away sweat.

The lower back of the pant has a mesh detail for extra breathability, too:

The pants have an adjustable drawstring waistband:

And a hidden zipper pocket, too:

Here is a better look at the cut outs on the back of the capris:

This is my kind of cut-out on an athletic pant. It’s a cute accent without being too constricting!

Here is the whole look together:

(I think I need a little more self tanner to pull off this capri look, but I had to get you a full outfit pic!)

Verdict: I’m such a fan of this subscription! The value is amazing again ($355) and I love that we’re getting prints and pieces that aren’t available in stores, yet. This box is great for me since it mixes a classic (the sneakers) with some pieces that I might not have bought myself, but really enjoy.

What do you think of the Avenue A by Adidas Fall Box? What items are your favorites?

UPDATE: Sign up by September 12th at 8 AM ET to start your subscription with this box!

  1. Just got mine yesterday, but the sizing all seemed strange to me! Anyone else have this happen? I order “S” across the board for most athletic apparel. None of the “S” clothes fit — either too big or too small. Read on if you’d like.

JACKET (Sm): The jacket was too big, so going to exchange for an XS. I think that has more to do with the cut of this style and dropped arm holes, and also the material – with it being a bit stiff and heavy, the drape is very boxy as it doesn’t lay close to the body. The neck is too long and sort of gathers under my neck like it’s slowly strangling me. I love the jacket in concept, but the execution is a bit off for me. I wish there was a “petites” size for this so the neck might fit me better.

LEGGINGS (Sm): The leggings were also a bit large in the waist area but seemed fine in the thigh, so might also exchange that for an XS just so I don’t have as much bagginess in the crotch.

SPORTS BRA (Sm): Is it just me who had a terrible time trying to get this on? I saw and removed the plastic hanger clip on the back, so that’s not the problem. There was so little give throughout the bands that I could barely wriggle it over my head. Once it was on, the band and straps felt crazy uncomfortable tight, and stiff and constricting, like it would start to chafe over distances. I’m hardly “large” up top: I wear a 34B cup. The cups fit fine, but the band and armholes felt — again — like they were strangling me. I’m debating whether to size up to a medium — my worry is that the cups will be too big, even though the rest might fit better. Is anyone else having similar problems?

SHOES (8): I love them. LOVE. These are my new “running around town” errands kicks. I wore them to work today and they’re very smart and sharp. I never would’ve bought these myself at the store (I tend to go for loud, brightly-colored exercise shoes). But they’re such a great staple addition to my athleisure wardrobe. Being in SoCal, joggers and yoga pants and loose tees are like half of my wardrobe on weekends! 🙂

TANK (Sm): The fit on this is a bit snug? I was expecting the arm holes to be baggier on the sides, but the tank fit pretty close to my body. I think it’s fine for how I’m intending to use it as a layering piece for the beach or outdoor exercise, but am worried that if I wash it once, it’ll shrink and be less flattering. Because of that, I’m also considering sizing this up to a “M”.

I’m just surprised that of all the apparel items, NONE of them fit as expected. I’m not difficult to fit — straight up and down, basically.

Still love the box, and fingers crossed that the exchange is easy and painless.

    • I also found the sizing odd. I ordered a small for the jacket and it was snug in the waistband (I’m short so it hits at mid-low hip level) but huge everywhere else. The tights were a bit loose but the draw-string makes it work. The sports bra fits very strange – too long in the straps – I guess that’s because it’s a fabric without much give. I don’t know if I want to risk exchanging it (I worry I won’t be able to get a smaller one on – part of why I go with a medium rather than a small is so putting it on is less of a struggle). I’m a 34C so if you exchange up in yours it might work for you – it certainly wasn’t too tight!

    • Same here. I am a size small but buy mediums for my workout clothes. The jacket and pants were huge on me. Especially the jacket. I can make the pants work but the jacket fit my 210lbs boyfriend comfortably. Their bras rarely fit me so I wasn’t surprised. The shirt was fine. The shoes were great.

I will see if I can exchange the jacket. I will make everything else work.

    • I ordered smalls across the board with everything too and didn’t seem to find any glaring sizing issues. I do wear a lot of adidas clothing though, so I had an idea how their items fit.

The only weird thing I found was the tank neck hole was pretty small and it got stuck on my head (and I don’t have a large head by any means) and it took some wiggling to get through. I think It’ll stretch out a bit once I wear it some more though. I don’t think I’ll put in the dryer though since it is cotton and not a typical athletic fabric.

I’m with you on the shoes though! The brighter the better for me when I personally pick them out – but these are comfy, lightweight, and can be worn with a lot. I’m excited to test them out for a run.

I guess we all have different shapes and fit preferences though, I loved that the jacket fit a little larger and I don’t mind how the tank fit overall. If you live close to an adidas outlet, I know they carry those sports bras so it may be worth a trip to go try them on for sizing. They seem to be a popular staple in the boxes (Spring box had one in a different color).

    • We must be the exact same person because I have the same issues/concerns with all items. Overall I still really like this box and will stay subscribed. Really appreciative that there’s the option to exchange for different sizes.

Jacket (XS) is definitely made for someone much much taller than 5’0. There’s easily 4 extra inches on the sleeves for me. I’m willing to forgive it though since it’s a jacket and can easily be layered over several shirts or sweaters during the very cold months. I was just hoping for something more fitted and feminine.

Bra (XS) I’m very petite and usually wear 32B or 34A and this bra was IMPOSSIBLE to get on. Maybe I have unusually broad shoulders for an XS frame? I didn’t want to force it because when I tried, I could hear stitches coming apart. Not good.

Pants (XS) Very long on me, but I was already expecting that so I’m ok since they’re still functional. But yes, they were surprisingly baggy despite being an XS.

  2. I received my box today and I love all except for the tank. I sized up because I am large chested and the one from the summer box was a bit tight in the chest, but the neckline for this tank is not one I like at all. Is it possible to have high neck phobia? When I tried it on I felt like I kept trying to pull it down lower but it wouldn’t go low enough, made me feel claustrophobic.
Since it is the only thing I don’t love, I am still extremely happy about the box. My favorite item is the shoes they are so cute and really comfortable for the first couple hours wearing. Have not run in them yet, but for doing errands they are great.
I did mess up on sizing this time tho, I sized up on the hoodie (since I did it for the tank) which is too big and the pants are big so I sent a request to exchange.

I definitely wish they had a box for men also so that my husband wasn’t feeling left out. He actually went into my closet to count how many pairs of athletic shoes I had in there. Don’t think he would do that if he was getting this box also.

  3. I love this box so much. Favorite box of the year for sure.

  4. Got my box today. Love everything except the tank! Definitely not made with larger chested women in mind. It fits okay but whoa! Good thing I had the bra on or else you’d be seeing a lot more than just some side boob!

  5. Received my box today and love everything. I have really enjoyed the curators chosen and how much thought is put into each box. Can hardly wait for Rita’s box. Hope that Adidas will put a bag in soon as I missed the first box. Thank you Adidas!!!

    • Hi Connie-Thanks for the comments!
      very helpful…

The sneak peak for the first box 2017 will showcase a bag… we are listening to you guys!!

      adidas AvenueA

  6. Mine just arrived and I am seriously in love with every item. This box is so perfect. Everything fits well and the whole box is amazing as one outfit. Keep up the good work Adidas!

    • Yay!!!

  7. I just got my box. I love everything in it. Even at clearance prices the items would still come out to about $150. I love that they added the ZNE Hoodie that just came out. Only concern I have is the sports Bra. I usually buy a large. The measurements say I should of chosen large. But the straps and sides are loose. Not good for running or plyo. I don’t know if I should exchange it for a medium or keep it and only wear it to lift or hope it shrinks in the wash smh. If i could cut 1.5″ off the straps or if the bra had a drawstring in the back that I could pull like the tights do, it’d be perfect.

    • I had the same problem! I normally always get a medium in sports bras but the straps in this one are just too long. I’m afraid that if I exchange for a smaller size it will be too small in the band (the band is about right although if it stretches it will be too large).

  8. Mine shipped out on time,…but I changed my shipping address and they sent it to the wrong address. I notified them an error when updating they had when updating information on 08/08/2016 heard nothing back. Seems like the correct the saving issue but something on the back end isn’t working.

My address was changed prior to being sent out, plenty of time to generate a correct label.

I know they scan this board so hopefully someone from Avenue A will make this right!

    • My bad for multitasking while frustrated! Apologies for the grammar errors!

  9. Already got mine yesterday! Woo hoo – love this one. Can’t wait for Rita’s!

  10. Does anyone know when this is supposed to ship?

    • It is supposed to ship on the 14th. That is what my account says.

      • Mine says “delivery date 9/14/2016” but I assumed that’s when I would have the box or when it’s expected to arrive, not the date it would ship. Maybe I misunderstood – but I feel like that wording is a little misleading if the box won’t ship until then.

        • I agree the wording is a little misleading. I to also assumed it would arrive by 9/14/2016. However I contacted customer service to inquire about the actual date and was told “All boxes will ship this week with an expected delivery date of Friday 9/16.”

    • Mine just shipped today. It says will be here by Friday.

      • Does it say where it’s shipping from?

        • SC

          • Thanks!

      • is it shipped fedex smartpost? or another method?

        • It says FedEx ground.

          • I have one box arriving 9/15 and the other arriving 9/16. Unfortunately I leave 9/14 for a trip 😞. I was hoping to bring the black sneakers.

          • thanks!! mine hasn’t even shipped yet so i doubt i will get it by the 16th

          • Stacy my last box shipped on Wednesday and they shipped it in two days. Not to give your hopes up but you never know:)

  11. It would be so great if we could exchange the hoodie for a different color (white is really not my color). The red and blue are absolutely gorgeous!

  12. First time subscriber, i’m excited! Liz, your pictures look amazing and so detailed! I’m not sure that I like the full spoiler either…. but i’m sold! just a note- not sure i understand all the questions/comments about the jacket not matching the tights… I plan i wearing the jacket to class then rocking those tights in the gym:)

  13. I can’t wait for the shoes and jacket! And I love the bra from the first box, so I’m excited for that too… Well really everything! I’m not 100% sold on that print but I do love that we’re getting it early for the box, and I love the red that it’s selling in now, so if I love the pants and bra once I try them on, I will order them in the red print and that will go better with the black tank!

My only complaint is that I wish those of us that are “in” for every box could opt to get early shipping at the same time that the spoilers come out so that we could open the box surprised 🙂 … I mean, I know I could also not click on this thread before I get my shipping notice, but there’s no way I can make myself hold out that long.

    • Hello Miccarty,
      we really appreciate your comments.

To share our thought process, we were testing if a full unboxing would generate an increase in the amount of traffic and excitement prior to the window closing . -Fall edition closes September 12th and 9:00am

(Especially as we were excited about tying in the announcement that Rita Ora is curating the winter 2016 edition).

We don’t have a final conclusion at this time but we will do our best to balance the right amount of “sneak peak” items vs the surprise (&delight!) that you will get from opening a box yourself.
      – adidas AvenueA team

      • Well for what it’s worth, after the spoiler I order a second subscription. I’ve loved all three!

      • “sneak peek”

c’monnnnnnn Avenue A social media team.
Sorry, that common grammatical error in PR posts just a huge pet peeve of mine.

Are you also testing out actually sending emails and surveys to your current subscribers to vote on things like prints for products and types of shoes, or are you going to continue to just leverage the MSA community for that input, even though it’s not necessarily representative of your user base?

      • You really need to get this to Canada!

  14. Does the capri print have variation? Not my favorite prints, and not sure about the length. Like the solid color jacket, but I feel a dark color will match the print better.

  15. Thank you for the photos! I signed up after the last box and can’t wait to get this one (which will be my first). Love getting a complete outfit and 90% of what I wear outside of work is altheltic clothing.

  16. Ok, I pulled the trigger on this one. I’ve been slowly letting go of most of my lower cost boxes (glossy box, birchbox, play and bijoux) and going more for quality (popsugar, rz, indiespensible), so this is perfect.

Thanks, Liz, for the “model” shots. It’s really helpful to see how the clothes look on an actual person 🙂

  17. What size was your leggings? Are they tight?

    • I went with a large in the leggings and they were slightly loose, but the adjustable waistband took care of that. (I usually get a medium in adidas pants, but didn’t want to risk this light print looking stretched if they were on the tight side.) Hope that helps!

      • Does this box have plus sized clothing? Can you specify your shoe size?

  18. Hello, when they usually ship?

  19. Thank you so much to Katherine, Marina & Amanda for answering my tax question – I appreciate it!! 🙂

  20. Hey Liz what size hoodie did you order? Was it the same as your shirt size or larger?

    • I did medium for both. The tank is a little more fitted on me (not tight though). The hoodie is a bit oversized (which I love), but I’m glad I didn’t get it in a large – that would probably be too oversized.

      Hope that helps!

      • Yes thanks! I know the L tank should fit me well (the one from the last box fit great) but I was concerned the hoodie would be too tight so I sized up to XL, definitely going to go change it and hope I get a L instead!

  21. Liz- if not too personal a question what size is the Hoody you are wearing? I’ve been really on the fence about the size I chose because online it says “fitted” but clearly on you it has a nice looser fit. How do you feel about the fit?

    • This is a medium and it is definitely a looser fit. Hope that helps!

  22. I hate wearing white, but I am wondering if I could dye this hoody to a more suitable color… Anyone dye clothes lately? I have literally no experience so I don’t know the tricks.

    • I’ve dyed clothes once before so I’m not an expert but I remember it being really easy. I just stumbled upon some clothes dye in the store and decided to try it out. My tips would be to get a large Rubbermaid or really any type of plastic tote to dye it in and if you want to get a dark color buy more than one pack of dye because I remember it turning out lighter that I expected but I liked the color anyway

    • Make sure you get dye that will work with the specific fabrics! Workout type fabrics won’t take the dye as well as cotton does, but they make dyes for different types of fabric if you look online I believe!

    • I’m so curious about someone dying this. I’ve done it few times before, but it was 100% cotton, and a failed attempt at dying jeans once too. It makes me nervous to dye a technical fabric. Please let us know how it goes if you do decide to dye it!

    • It comes in other colors – I’m wondering if we really don’t like the white, if we could trade for one of the others. Anyone who has previously gotten the box and unsatisfied with a color/print, were you able to trade for a different color?

      • I don’t think they exchange size/color.

        • Oo I mean color. They will generally help out with size.

  23. I originally canceled but signed up again after seeing the review. I really need new running shoes, a supportive sports bra, and a hoodie. I was going to buy all those things anyway so I might as well get the thighs and tank too. I really love the look of the shoes and hoodie too!

  24. I love this box, I cannot wait to get my paws on it!

  25. I LOVED the first box…STELLA!
I LOVED the second box SLIDES.SHOES. MICOACH!
I just feel this 3rd box is missing something. I know the value is over double BUT it just doesnt come close to the first two. There is value in never released before items (hoodie, leggings & shoes) But personally I am fine as long as they are currently available in stores. I love the shoes but that was my only “must have/want” when I had that must have feeling on every item in the past boxes. I went to tge adidas outlet this weekend and stocked up including a couple pairs of shoes and still came under the $150 mark with more than quadrouple the itens which were all ONCE priced like these items. I hope that they bring back the wow factor (for me) for winter.

    • Agree with this comment. I get that the retail cost of these items is high, but there really isn’t that one “wow” item in this box. I’m still happy to get it, but if more of the future boxes end up this way, makes me less likely to want to subscribe long-term.

If it’s not cost-efficient to put in a “wow” item every month, then it would be fantastic if the prints and colorways of clothing in this box were exclusive to box subs and not made available later in stores.

      • agreed!

  26. I wish they sent you a reminder that they were going to charge you versus right after they charge. I subscribed to this box in June after loving the first two boxes and completely forgot that I subscribed. Unfortunately, I’m not liking this box at all. 🙁

  27. I love this box, value is great…I just wish it was a different brand. Not a fan of this brand..but looks like they have great stuff!

  28. I decided to go for this box thinking I’d get the next box (winter) but this current box (fall) was added to my cart. Looks like they still have this box and it didn’t sell out. I really wanted the summer box and when I tried to sign up early for it I was told they were sold out of my size even though it was at least a month before the box came out. Guess I’ll wait for the winter spoilers and hope they aren’t sold out of my size by then.

  29. Lol. This looks like just a regular outfit to me. Nothing special. Maybe the first two boxes spoiled us. I canceled this quarter because it wasn’t worth it to me for just the shoes.

However, I like that they are doing exclusives, and I appreciate the poll Avenue A took here on MSA regarding the print. It really shows they care.

  30. This box looks great!

  31. First of all, great pic Liz!! 🙂

2nd – I read somewhere that the actual cost of this box is $180 since they charge you $30 in tax. Was I reading that correctly? Was that perhaps because the lady who left the review was in a state that charged taxes? Could you please let me know if they charge taxes on top of the box for residents of Washington? Thank you so much!!

    • I’m in Seattle-ish area and there was no tax for me. (:

    • My state charges taxes but my box was the flat $150

    • Doesn’t really answer your 2nd question since I’m in Texas, which has a state sales tax. However, with this subscription, I’ve only been charged $150 each time.

    • Erin, I live in Chicago- have subscribed from the first box and it’s always been $150 flat. Hope it doesn’t change!

    • I live in California and was only charged $150.

    • I couldn’t figure out how they came up with 22% tax since TX sales tax is only 8-9%. I also got thr charge.

    • I am also near Seattle and was only charged $150.

  32. Capri leggings for fall is really a bummer. I don’t wear capris anyway as I need full length for yoga and Pilates and these just seem really out of place for fall especially with the heavier jacket. Wish they had given us full length. And also a surprise like the headband would have been nice!

  33. The value on this box is truly astonishing! If it were shoes + accessories vs. shoes + clothing I would all over it. As it stands though, their sizing doesn’t include me. Boo!

    • It is workout clothing.

  34. I would be all over this if it came in my sizes. Including wide shoes.

  35. You look enviably good, Liz!! (That’s a tough pant length to pull off & it looks great on you!)

  36. I’m so relieved after seeing the jacket on you! I thought it was going to be a little storm trooperesque after seeing it on adidas website. Ditto to the capris, I greatly preferred the pink kaleidoscope looking ones from the other thread, but you make everything look wearable.

  37. My first Avenue A box and I’m both excited and nervous. Excited because the items look great! Nervous about fit. I wear a lot of Capri or “knicker” length pants but being 6 feet tall I’m worried these won’t hit in a good spot. More like right on my knee.

    • Also a tall girl! I would love to hear how the fit works out for you!!!

  38. I absolutely don’t like the print items. The white hoodie doesn’t look good with the print and the black shoes look odd with capris. Hope next box is better

    • I’m almost relieved, thought I was the only one thinking that….

  39. Love the shoes and the hoodie!!!! If they have full length leggings for next box, I will be very tempted to subscribe.

  40. Liz, I’m wondering about sizing. Did you order the sizes you would normally wear for clothing and shoes or size down? I selected my sizes based on their measurement charts. I’m usually a “smedium” size 6, but ordered the tops and bottoms in small based on their sizing chart. I would normally order medium bottoms, and I was on the fence about ordering the jacket in medium. I also heard that some people thought their shoes ran about 1/2 size large in the earlier boxes. Your feedback or feedback from anyone who has revived avenue a items would be greatly appreciated!

    • I am about the same size as you are describing and I do the tops in medium and the pants in small. I don’t like super tight tops though. If you like your tops on the tight side I think a small would be good. The last pair of shoes was true to size for me. Hope this helps.

  41. i think Caroline Wozniacki was wearing this after her tennis match at the US Open!

  42. Surprised to say that I’m most looking forward to the white jacket — it looks amazingly comfy and I’ll get some wear from it before winter.

I’m also surprised to say that I’m most disappointed in the capris. I’ve never seen that fit before (I’m a lululemon addict).

Please Adidas keep up the value, the proprietary prints, and the surprises. But, please don’t mess with products for my bottom half that aren’t a classic fit. Your shorts last month were a bit off and these capris look way off. Speaking for myself, I might try a strappy bra, a fun print, or a headband but I like my bottoms to have a classic fit. Right now, I’m imagining some MC Hammer sweats in the next box. No, please no!!! Leggings are my base piece and I’d never wear anything that wasn’t a classic fit. Don’t mess with the classic legging!!!

    • Hey Kelli, I laughed at your post! I was thinking the same thing this weekend sorting through all my workout clothes. I must have 40 pairs of black tights (possibly more, but that’s all I can confess to), yet I always reach for my Lorna Jane Amy tights. All my adventurous prints are headbands, bras, tops, socks and jackets. The shorts last month DID fit odd. But I’ve never like running shorts on me. They’re too puffy and tight at the same time (and I’m an athletic size 4).
I still absolutely LOVE this box and can’t get enough of it! 😍swoon😍 It’s perfect time for me, as I threw out all my sneakers a few months ago and I’m rebuilding my stash.

  43. I’m so excited to get my box! Love every item as always. This box is just beyond awesome!

And does anyone know how to get in touch with Avenue A besides email? I showed my aunt my past 2 boxes and she was so impressed that she signed up for this one. But she forgot to update her cc so it was declined. She’s emailed twice but hasn’t heard anything back yet.

    • it’s happened to me. they don’t respond. eventually it might just close out (it happened last time – and again this time). hope for both of us, that doesnt happen again (that it cancels)

    • I think your aunt can just access her account and change her payment info. I think they might try again. She has to have this box! 🙂

      • I tried that last time, it didnt work. They had “paypal” in the payment type and I couldn’t add that payment option. They don’t have a drop-down to select type. SO unless the payment type matches the payment form, it will auto cancel. I had the same problem this time – only it says “Amex” and my valid card is a visa. I tried to add a Visa. But no one will respond to emails.

        • I have been trying really hard, multiple times/ways, to buy this box using PayPal and it just won’t work for me. I don’t want to use a cc right now. So I guess I have saved $150. CS was a little responsive, but the problem still exists 🙁

      • Ya, she tried doing that but didn’t work.
I’ve talked the box up so much so I really want her to get it and love it! And I know they can have great customer service bc when I needed a different size, they were awesome.
It would be helpful if the regular adidas customer service reps could help, but they didn’t know anything about the box when she called them.

Fingers crossed that it gets worked out for you @MyMilkShake

        • I would just cancel the sun she has now and open a new one with the correct card. I doubt the box is sold out so she should be fine if you do that. CS is only email and I had to get a different size last box and the email response from them was almost non-existent but they did send my replacement size even though I didn’t hear back. I think they are still tweaking parts of this since its new. But there is no phone and no way other than email, and no adidas CS can’t help because it’s separate from them.

    • Hello Randi, from adidas AvenueA, thanks for the note above. The best way to contact adidas AvenueA is to email at We have people dedicated to this service that can answer questions. Maybe add “mysubscriptionaddiction” to the subject line and I’ll make sure to look through the emails and follow up.
      Good luck!
      Regards from adidas AvenueA

      • Thank you very much Lo – I’ve passed this along to her and she’ll be emailing you.

      • Thanks for this! I have also sent an e-mail to see if I can exchange the sports bra for a smaller size (a first for me!)

      • Is email the only way to contact you? My box said it was delivered, but it was not there. I went through the process with FedEx and they could not find it, so they said to contact you. I emailed almost a week ago and followed up, but still have not heard back. Thanks!

        • Just an fyi, I filled out the online exchange form more than a week ago and I had followed up four times via email regarding my exchange and had not heard anything back from them at all. Then, today, I tried reaching them one more time via email and they replied saying they will process my exchange right away! This time, I put in all caps on the subject “THIS IS MY FIFTH ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU REGARDING AN EXCHANGE”. That seemed to make a difference. I’m not sure why it’s been so hard to get replies this quarter but don’t give up!

  44. I caved. Such a great box, especially those shoes. Awesome to see you (finally) IN the clothes you’re reviewing! ?

  45. Ahhhh! I can’t wait to get mine! Hopefully it ships soon!

    • Thanks so much!! I’m trying to get in front of the camera more 🙂

      • well you’ve nailed it! you were called a model in the popsugar thread. future career?

  48. If we subscribe now, is this box still available?

    • Yes, you have until September 12th to sign up and this be your first box. Hope that helps! 🙂

      • Thanks!!

    • Hello from adidas AvenueA, you have until September 12th before 9:00am to grab your fall editioN!

      • Hi, Lo. I signed up over the summer for the box and they were out of my sizes for that box. I have been waiting to be contacted for my billing info and my account says that I will be contact when the box is being built. I contacted customer service and got a cursory response to resubscribe as my account could not be found. I tried but the site states there is account for my email already (which there is because I already subscribed). I have heard nothing back from customer service after I provided themthat information. It took a business day to get an initial response and it has been a whole day since I replied that I do have an account. I am pretty disappointed to miss out again and that customer service has been minimally responsive. Please advise how I can get some resolution.

        • I am having the same problem getting into my account. It says no account but then it’s says email already exists and I got an email saying my payment was processed, so I’m happy I’m getting a box but I really need to get into my account to make changes

        • Hi Swoodsie,

          • How long do you anticipate needing to respond? I emailed early on Friday, September 16 and it’s now evening on Monday, September 19. I didn’t get an automated reply, so I don’t know if anyone is even planning to respond to my email. Very frustrating.

      • I can’t get my order to process either, it says an order already exists. But I don’t have an order and my paypal hasn’t been charged. I had this issue before in the last box. I sent an email and am hoping for a response . Not sure why I’m having this problem, I use paypal with many other subs.

      • Can you talk about sizing of the shoe? I popped into a chain store and sadly they only had two styles and they fit very different – the Galaxy was good in the 8 but the
Barricade 8 was super huge with no 7.5 to try. What do you think?

        • Last box I went with my normal athletic shoes size since feet swell when running. Good news is returns and exchanges are a BREEZE!

  49. I may have to sign up for this box. Great review!

    • Thanks, so much! 🙂

  50. !!!!! I LOVE EVERYTHING. I can’t wait to get my box. Everything is so well put together. This is my favorite subscription!

    • Yay! Glad you love everything! I still can’t get over the value of this box! 🙂
