The August Happy Mail came with a 10" x 8" print perfect for framing. It has a great pink on pink color scheme with an aspirational message in a good font.

Have a Nice Day! Flat Card

I love this simple card with the pink and red design accented by a yellow square flap envelope. The back is blank saved for some A Beautiful Mess branding.

Dimond Print Flat Card

This flat card has an all-over print of diamonds in red and light blue on white. It comes with a square flat blue envelope.

We Should Cuddle More Flat Card

This square card is so cute with the tiny dot print with a watercolor-style circle in the middle. The "We Should Cuddle More" text is done in gold foil which is such a nice touch.

Set of 6 Stickers

This month's Happy Mail also included a set of 6 stickers with patterns and colors that match the items in the box. They are great for sealing envelopes and will look great with any of the included cards.

Confetti

The box included a pack of confetti. This isn't the tiny confetti that gets in and on everything and that you can never really get rid of. It is made from tissue paper so it is thin and translucent. Each piece is about 3/4" in diameter. This is great for sprinkling in envelopes with cards for that "glitter bomb" effect with a much less annoying clean up.

Blow-up Flamingo Koozie

Inflatables were everywhere this summer, with the new addition of drink koozies. This is a hot pink flamingo that holds a beverage.

You're The Best Folded Card

I tell my husband he is the best all the time but I think it's about time for a card that puts it in writing. I like the pale pink background of this card, the script text, and the perfectly complementary green envelope.

Here Comes Baby! Folded Card

This is a pale pink folded card (blank inside) with a green text and graphics and a cream envelope.

Thanks So Much Folded Card

You can never have enough thank you cards! I have quite a stockpile but am embarrassed to admit that I frequently forget to send them.

HappyMailAugust-014

Pool Float Card

This square folded card has a blue pool background with illustrated pool floats. It has the ubiquitous swan float and my favorite, the pretzel float. The matching envelope has the same pool water print with a pink float.

HappyMailAugust-015

Dots Happy Birthday Folded Card

It's always a good idea to have an extra birthday card on hand to avoid that "happy belated birthday" moment. This one is cheerful and is well suited to wish a happy birthday to anyone.

HappyMailAugust-016

Popsicle Folded Card

Twin pops bring back such great summer memories. The illustration style is unique, the popsicles seem to evaporate into static like they're going to teleport :D.

Verdict: I think the curation and thought that goes into each Happy Mail box is excellent. This subscription is perfect for anyone who loves stationery and snail mail. It's for the card hoarders out there who area always prepared with the right card for every occasion. The inclusion of the flamingo drink holder, confetti, and stickers makes this an extra special box.

What do you think of the August Happy Mail Box?

Would’ve preferred a gender neutral (not pink) Here Comes Baby card. Everything else seems good – seems like a strong month for Happy Mail.
