The Oxford Trunk is an online boutique that sells very funky ladies’ clothing and accessories. I love their style! Their monthly mystery box gives you a choice among:

  • Boho, preppy, girlie, and classic styles
  • Large (3-5 items with a retail value of at least $85) or small (1-2 items with a retail value of at least $30, no clothing)
  • Pierced ears or non-pierced

This review is of the small boho box for pierced ears.

This month, my package contained a sticker (upper right), a coupon for 10% off in their shop (left), and a packet containing my accessories for this month!

Just as a note, these are items that The Oxford Trunk does not carry on its website usually, so I don’t have any basis for providing links or retail values usually. I have heard that they send a lot of their sample items, which would make sense, but I have no way of knowing if that’s true or not.

Wow, look at this necklace! It’s stunning! I love turquoise and gold together. It has really unique double strands, and it hits just a little below the throat, but not too low. The only things that’s a little off is that there’s a black smudge on the metal on the lower right of the pendant. I don’t know what that’s from. I’m going to try to get rid of it, but I’m not sure it will come off.

Also included was this little horse shoe midi ring! It’s so cute and shiny! Of course, I have big fingers, so it might make a nice regular ring on someone with slender fingers, too.

Verdict: I love The Ox Box! I can always count on them to send me unusual and pretty pieces. I loved and will wear both items this month, smudge or not. I don’t know the value of the pieces, so I just have to decide if I think the package was worth $20. This month it definitely was!

What did you get from The Ox Box this month?
