This parcel is sent via USPS 2 Day Priority Mail and it arrived in the standard white envelope. The box inside was anything but standard! The outer box is a nice glossy black, with a paisley inner box. It opens like a little drawer…they definitely score points for a cool box.

This month’s theme is “Reckless Yachtsman.”

Dazi Oceanside Tie – $28.00

This tie is perfect for the end of summer. It is composed of 100% cotton, and looks like chambray. The tie is 58 inches long and 2.5 inches wide at the tip. This tie would do best with smaller, more casual knots, like a schoolboy knot. This tie is also perfect for wearing a collared shirt without a full suit – it has a casual vibe to it.

Unsimply Stitched No Show Socks – $10.00

These no show socks are striped with crabs on them. They are composed of 80 perfect cotton, and a mixture of polyester and cotton. They are perfect for the no sock look while preventing odors and sweaty feet. Score!

The Menswear Club Anchor Bottle Opener – $5.00?

The Menswear Club lists this bottle opener’s value at $18.00, but a quick look around online shows that you can find the exact one for as low as $1.54

It does feel quite heavy and also seems like it is good quality. Even with the disparate values, I think this was a good item to include in the box.

Herbivore Botanicals After Sun Mist Spray – $12.00

This item is perfect timing for me! I leave for vacation on Saturday, and while I’m packing tons of sunscreen, I also realize that a bit of a burn might be unavoidable. This is going in my bag for my husband and I when we inevitably get burnt climbing some Mayan ruins or snorkeling. It smells really nice, and feels very refreshing when sprayed. They recommend keeping it in the fridge for an ‘extra-refreshing effect.’

Bolt + Stone Seville Anchor Bracelet – Value $19.50

This is a stainless steel anchor and Paracord bracelet. The Paracord is about 26 inches long, and the anchor is about one inch long. Since it is stainless steel, it won’t rust or tarnish, which is a bonus!

Verdict: This The Menswear Club shipment is valued at $88.00 according to the postcard that was included in my box. With the difference in cost for the anchor bottle opener, the value is closer to $70-$75, which is still excellent for a $35.00 box. This was a nice mix of items that definitely are great for the end of summer. The Menswear Club does a great job curating their boxes – I think they’re one of the best men’s boxes on the market!

Have you tried The Menswear Club yet?

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane…the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane…but she’s always looking for a new subscription to try!
