Lillian Eve Polish in Evelyn - Value $12
I was very impressed with the quality of this nail polish formula. I thought one coat might be enough but did two just in case. It isn't streaky and is very pigmented. This color is a greenish-teal with shimmer. I have been more into pinks and neutrals lately, so this color isn't super wearable for me. This is a great shade for fall and for anyone looking to branch out with a new color.
Here is the polish on my nails with no topcoat. The shimmer gives it a nice shine even though the polish dries on the matte side.

Cuticle Cream 0.25 oz Sample - Value $4.50
My cuticles are always dry and looking shabby so I was really excited that this box came with a cuticle cream sample. It has a light lemony fragrance and isn't greasy the way cuticle oil is. It absorbed quickly into my cuticles and left them looking hydrated for hours, even after a few hand washes.
Verdict: This was my first month trying COLOR MONTHLY and I was impressed. The total value is $16.50 which is good for a $10 box. I especially like that it included cuticle cream in addition to the nail polish. The polish is a very pretty color but isn't something I would wear on a daily basis. The cuticle cream sample was the real star of this box for me and is actually something I could see myself buying in full-size.
