THREADBEAST JUNE 2016 - ITEMS 1

Diamond Supply Co. Graphic Tee – value: $34

This tee is pretty cool – I like that the graphics are all city pictures. Luke said it was pretty itchy, though.

The Hundreds Shorts – value: $76

These are fantastic! They’re a non-stretch material. The length is great f or Luke, too. These will get a lot of wear.

THREADBEAST JUNE 2016 - ITEMS 2

Diamond Supply Co. Jacket – value: $80

This jacket is very much not my husband’s taste, between the colors and the varsity style, but I can tell it’s a nice quality jacket. It feels silky smooth and is very warm!

THREADBEAST JUNE 2016 - ITEMS 3

The Hundreds Slant Tail Champion T-Shirt – value: $39 (on sale for $27.30)

I love this color on my husband! This is a pretty basic-feeling tee, but it was more comfortable than the black one. Probably something due to less of a graphic printed on. I don’t think I’d personally pay $40 for this shirt, but it will be worn!

THREADBEAST JUNE 2016 - ITEMS 4

Richer Poorer Inc. Compression Crew Socks – value: $14

These socks are nice! They’re very thick and they have some compression to them. My husband doesn’t usually wear striped/colorful/patterned socks, but he likes these!

Verdict: I think that ThreadBeast sent a nice box of streetwear! I think they definitely curated true to their streetwear style image. Everything fit great! Personally, I think the graphic tees are overpriced at ~$40 each, but there’s still a great value to the whole box. I received ~$243 of value for $85! I’m happy.

Yes. Same thing happened to me. I looked through every single ad, every single backoffice picture thinking I was going to get that similar look. Instead, they sent me two dollar bin t-shirts – one said LEVI’S SAN FRANCISCO real big across the front with a girl’s backpack. Oh, and some cheap flip flops with no brand name on there. Every single picture shows a brand name (and I rarely see flip flops). It is bizarre.

The box they sent my 14-year-old son was garbage. They sent things he specifically said he didn’t want. He liked one hoodie, one hat, and one pair of shorts. Hated the two button down shirts that looked like women’s blouses. One was a rayon black and white striped blouse that I could imagine maybe an 80-year-old grandma wearing? This need not seem like street wear for young men as advertised. Then the process of having my son try to cancel was ridiculous. You have only a 7-day window to cancel after you receive your box! And the only way you can cancel is by phone, and they will only send you the phone number by email. They are really working hard to make it hard for people to cancel. I’ve ordered from Stitch Fix in the past and the process wasn’t perfect — I didn’t like everything Stitch Fix sent but at least it felt like a real business and didn’t lock you in to a subscription. Thread Beast is a scam! Zero stars! Would not recommend to anyone!

This is scam, scam, scam. I brought the 143 dollar package, and specifically told the stylist no shoes, just wanted basically puma t- shirts and joggers, they of course sent shoes, Cologne, and a wallet, with one t- shirt, one tang top, and a pair of white pants. I was so pissed 3 pieces of clothing and all in which I would never wear none was my style. The package was worth probably 40 if that, but they say the value of the 143 dollar package is 270, all lies. I just put my cancellation in through email, but havent got a response yet, I also change the credit card to a card i dont use so hopefully if they try and bill me again it wont go through. Be aware of the scam

First box was clothing that looked like it was straight out of a early 90’s rap video (not even close to my style that I chose). Something about a shirt that is half denim half canvas or a shirt with pleather sleeves seems tacky to me. BEWARE….they will not exchange any items unless you have sizing issues. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE CLOTHING YOUR A STUCK WITH IT!!. Clothing that I received was not even close to the styling I chose. I would recommend stitch fix for men…..way more flexible. They are actually willing to work with you to get it right.

Can’t believe I wasted any money or time with this company. From the beginning, I specifically mentioned the types of items I DID NOT want. (Items with skulls/dark symbols or words, anything inappropriate or graphic) What happened? First package: got an item I said not to send. Second package: got an item I said not to send. Oh yeah, and the same shirt they sent in the first package. Third package: got a shirt with a half naked woman on it which I said to never send. So I cancelled and will never every use their services again. BE VERY AWARE that they will not give you a refund, even for the blatant mistakes they make in what they send. Not only that, be aware that what you get is a far cry from the pictures on their website. All three of the packages I got contained things I would never even wear outside of my house! There’s nothing I was sent that I would ever consider wearing to look fashionable. Beware! So disappointed and so frustrated that I got no refund for the 4 huge mistakes they made. Get your clothes from somewhere else; it’s seriously not worth the trouble.

I cancelled my subscription with thread beast about 3 months ago my review from the company is they suck they give some good clothes but when u tried cancelling my subscription because i couldnt afford it they basically told me oh welll your gonna have to buy another package before we allow you to cancel because of our 1 week after receiving cancellation and also because they said they have no control over the system so i had to buy one but i didnt give them another $85 i was forced to get another debit card because they stopped replying to me since i told them they could cancel it since they run the system well after this i commented on a post on facebook about them they responded with deleting their post and blocking me from liking their page commenting on posts and after that i called them out on instagram and they responded by blocking me because they dont want all of you guys to know this stuff that os also why you cant find review pages on them other than theyre website which is nothing but pure positive that they pay people to do and also all those packages that are shared by people on what they got are all just free packages they send out to people for advertisements they advertise sending shoes but yet they dont send shoes just clothes

Do they still try and bill you months after? Like was your account still live? Going through this cancellation process now.

Yup!!! Same thing happened to us! We purchased a box for my brother for Christmas. Personally thought the Biggie shirt that came in it looked rather cheap but i digress. The canceling process is a nightmare… They gave my mother a hard time to get in the website to attempt to cancel then when she finally got in she couldn’t find the cancellation area.. then she emails them and she’s told that she has to wait after the next shipment… she’s reaching out to you NOW!!!! Why are you incapable of canceling it NOW!!!

To anyone else considering purchasing from the company. BEWARE OF THE SCAM!!!!!
