I’m pretty much obsessed with this color! Yes to all things greige! It took three coats to get full coverage, but it was worth it. The glossy creme finish is fantastic, and this formula looked good throughout the week – no chipping!

It’s a 10 Potion 10 Miracle Instant Repair Leave-In – FULL SIZE! Value $24

I discovered It’s a 10 products through New Beauty Test Tube a few years ago, and I was immediately a fan! The formulas add softness, shine, and it helps with frizz, too. Plus they all smell great! I think this is a great everyday hair product to spray on damp hair. It will improve the look of your hair and it doesn’t leave your hair feeling like you have product in it!

Mally Beauty Perfect Prep Under Eye BrightenerFULL SIZE! Value $35

A Mally product that isn’t an eyeliner! Yes! Plus, I am always looking for better ways to cover my under eye circles, so I was excited to try this.

The color is yellow, and that works well against the bluish tone of my under eye area. It’s a thin formula, but you can layer it on more if you like. I applied a thin layer and could immediately see that my dark circles were less pronounced. I followed with my full-coverage foundation, and I was very happy with the results, even without a concealer!

But, if you are looking for the ultimate coverage concealer, we have that in this box, too!

IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye – Travel Size (.11 oz) in Neutral Medium Value $10

This is my favorite under eye concealer for FULL coverage. It’s pretty easy to blend out, too. The finish is somewhat shiny, though, so definitely make sure to finish with a powder to eliminate shine.

AmorePacific Color Control Cushion Compact Broad Spectrum SPF 30+ – .17 oz in 104 Light/Medium Value $9.70

Unlike some samples of this type of cushion foundation I’ve received in subscription boxes, this is a full working sample:

If you aren’t familiar with this type of foundation, the sponge is soaked with the foundation, and you use the applicator pad to apply it to your face. The benefit of this type of foundation is that with the coverage and application style, it really looks like you aren’t wearing any makeup. Of course, that means this isn’t a full-coverage foundation, but the results are still impressive!

glo Minerals Suede Matte Crayon in Trademark – FULL SIZE Value $16

When you include a sharpener in the cap of a lip crayon, you are off to a good start in my book! And even better – the formula is great, too!

The biggest issue I have with some matte finish lip products is that they can be very drying. This one is not, though. The pigment and color are great, too. Here it is swatched with previous makeup items:

Moroccanoil Treatment – 25 ml Value $15

This is a classic hair oil! It smells lovely, adds softness and shine, and doesn’t weigh down hair. Plus a little goes a long way, so this tiny bottle will last me weeks or even months!

Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry ShampooFULL SIZE! Value $22

Living Proof is one of my all-time favorite hair brands. Their formulas work so well, smell so good, and are free of anything you might want to avoid in ingredients. And the gray and white packaging looks great on a vanity, too!

My one caution with this dry shampoo is that it goes on white and not clear, so if you over spray it in one area, you’re going to have to brush it out!

NeoCell Biotin Bursts in Brazilian Acai BerryFULL SIZE! Value $15

I’ve sampled both these and the Collagen chews thanks to New Beauty test tube, and I LOVE them! It’s my way of getting my sugar/sweet fix every day and being able to justify it as good for me! Plus I could actually tell a difference in my skin, hair and nails after using both of these for a month.

TanTowel Self-Tan Towelettes for Face & Body – 5 Towelettes Value $27 (for Fair to Medium Skin Tone)

I’ve sampled these before, and out of all the self-tanners I’ve tried, they come out somewhere in the middle. For my skintone, so far my favorite self tanner has been from tarte.

Supersmile Professional Whitening Toothpaste – FULL SIZE! Value $21

This is another subscription box staple I’m always happy to receive! I wouldn’t anywhere near $20 for a toothpaste, but I’m more than happy to get a $21 toothpaste at a discount! This one works well, but I can’t say I’ve noticed any significant whitening changes. But maybe this is more about keeping coffee/tea stains from creeping in!

Drybar Triple Sec – 1.6 oz Value $13

I was a little surprised to see two dry shampoos in this box, but this one is supposed to work as a volumizer and texturizer as well. And it goes on clear, so it’s already a little different!

I tried it out, and I’m impressed with the texture and volume it provides. It also is pretty scented – fortunately, I like the sweet perfumey scent, so that works!

Revision Skincare NectifirmFULL SIZE! Value $68

I love getting full-size skincare products in boxes! (Especially when they are pricey.) It gives me enough time to fully test out the product and see if there are any results.

This neck cream is designed to hydrate and firm your neck and décolletage. I found the cream to be rich, but it still absorbed quickly.

Tata Harper Moisturizing Mask – 7.5 ml Value $17.25

This is a gentle mask you apply and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, or you can wear it overnight as well. I tried out the 15-minute approach and it did exactly what I hoped – left my skin feeling super moisturized and hydrated. I’d say this sample has enough for about 5 uses.

COOLA SPF 30 Organic Makeup Setting Spray – 10 ml Value $7.20

I’ve sampled this before and it’s another product I really like. It gives you a matte finish, protects your makeup and also provides SPF.

dr. brandt PoreDermabrasion Pore Perfecting Exfoliator – .25 oz Value $7.25

Not to be the pessimist, but this sample is pretty much empty. It did have enough for me to try one face application. You apply to damp skin, massage for 1 minute, then let rest for 1-2 minutes before removing.

I didn’t notice any difference in the size appearance of my pores, but my skin has never felt cleaner!

Bio-Oil – .5 oz Value $1.50

This is a lightweight oil designed to help with stretch marks, discoloration, and scars. I like the feel of the formula, and it amazingly gets good reviews when it comes to stretch marks, too!

Epionce Lytic Gel Cleanser – 1 oz Value $6

This gel cleanser is gentle, paraben-free, synthetic-fragrance free, and it has a soothing menthol scent, too!

GrandeLIPS-Hydrating Lip Plumper FULL SIZE! Value $27

This formula is gluten and paraben free, and it is supposed to help plump lips. It gives a good amount of gloss with no stickiness – so at least it passes my lip gloss test! The formula tingles a little bit, but isn’t too annoying. I haven’t noticed any major plumping differences, but I rarely do with this type of product!

Verdict: Wow! That was a lot of products! This box has a value of about $360! That is insane for $50! Plus SO many great brands! I will use everything but the TanTowels, so I’m floored by the value. Now I just want New Beauty to do more of these boxes!

  1. Just thought that I would pass this along….

    Last month, I reached out via email to TestTube regarding the ‘bonus products’ discussed in the thread.

    They confirmed that *all* subscribers who purchased the New Awards box should have been shipped the bonus items. So, if you ordered this box and did not receive these, you might want to contact them to inquire.

    Below is the email I received on 8/26…I still have not received the items, though.

  2. The customer service in this company is exemplary. I’d never heard of TestTube until this Awards Box but now, I am thinking of giving up GB and Allure to sub this for a while.

  3. I never contacted them about my missing tan towels but I got the email that promised them and the two products. Today, I got a box of 5 tan towels (not just the 4 replacements) with a FULL SIZE (3oz) container of “Chi Argan Oil Plus Moringa Oil” and a 8mL jar of L’Occitane Creme Divine! That was so generous! 😮 I’ve never tried either of these products and I’m looking forward to using both of them.

    • Me too!! I got nothing about my broken product so I’m hoping that I’ll get something else but honestly truly I can’t complain 🙂

      • I am completely blown away by their customer service. I did not complain about the tan towels be became I dont use them but received a full box today. Adding the extra items were a plus, cant believe a full size CHI Argan Oil ($23) and Loccitane .27 ($19) — full size is $110!

    • I received the same gifts. I thought that was generous of them especially considering I never contacted them about the missing tan towels. Now I have tan towels I never wanted and two other items that I am super thrilled with! 🙂

I also never contacted them regarding the missing tan towels, but also received the email stating I’d receive the replacement products. I haven’t received anything yet, but it looks like a ton of people already have. 🙁 I don’t care about the tan towels, but the other items would be awesome to receive!

      • I received the initial email about replacement tan towels, but no shipping confirmation of those items, but did receive them.

      • I was missing the (4) tan towels and reported it to them. Got a shipping confirmation and received the towels about a week later. I was not offered replacements and didn’t expect to, as I wasn’t missing anything else.

  4. I received my missing/replacement tan towels today. They didn’t send me any bonus items and I never received the email saying they would send any bonus. They did send me a box of 5 tan towels and I had received 1 already in my box, so I did get one extra tan towel. I’m happy others are getting bonus items to compensate for the mistake though!

    • That was very nice of them and you are so sweet. I had contacted them because of a broken nail polish. So I’m curious what I will get it but I’ll share soon as I know.

    • I got the same thing but that still doesn’t help me with the fact that my nail polish broke all over everything. So I didn’t get the nail polish, everything else was pretty much salvageable. They have been very good and I’m looking forward to seeing what they’ll send us as a bonus, but I would like the nail polish too

      • Did you contact them about it spilling? From everything I’ve read here, their customer service is amazing. Mine opened a little bit and got on the toothpaste tube and the tan towel and I wasn’t a fan of the polish anyway so out it went. You would think with so many opening and causing damage to other products they would have packaged it better. Next time they’ll know. But super excited about two more products!

    • I got the same email, Christy. I thought it was very nice of them to say they will send the box of Tan Towels & it was fantastic of them to include 2 bonus gifts! I loved the box even with just one towel, so I didn’t send an email reporting the missing towels…they’re just sending them to me! I’ve never had this happen before, and I couldn’t be happier with this box!

    • I received the same email and was pleasantly surprised as I don’t care much for the tan towels so I didn’t even reach out to them about only getting one.
      Whoever gets their shipment first, please post your surprise gift. I’m dying to know!

    • I received the TanTowels email today too. I was actually missing another item in my box too (Coola spray), so I replied and emailed them about that. I was going to let it go because it wasn’t one of the higher priced items, but we’ll see. It was a great box, and the tan towels and spray are probably the only things I wouldn’t use at all (well, and the Amore but that’s because it was too dark for my skin tone). I was surprised too that the items weren’t packaged that well/safely. Luckily, the nail polish didn’t break or leak. 🙂 I wonder if they sent 2 other items to make up for the lame sweepstakes and coupon cards they were counting as “items.”

  8. Has anyone not received their box yet??? I was charged on July 29 and received a confirmation email with an order number, but have not received any kind of tracking info as of yet. Just called the 818 customer service phone number and she basically sounded clueless. Took forever for her to “search” for my information only to tell me she would have to research further on what’s going on and would have to call me back. Seems kinda shady. Anyone else had this same experience? I will be super pissed if they are sold out and I indeed don’t have a box with my name on it. 🙁

    • I just received my box on Saturday and I ordered mine on July 19. Be patient apparently they are sending them as received. I hope that helps but it took forever!

    • I had an issue where I ordered 2 but only received one. I emailed them and it took a few days for them to get back to me but then I received 3 emails in one day and then I received the second box a couple of days later. I have found their customer service to be really nice. I’m excited that I got all 5 tan towels in my second box. I also received the Amore Pacific cushion in the shade that I can wear. I am so loving the box and I will buy it again next year. Be patient, if you paid for it you will get your box. Don’t let one bad customer service person make you feel cheated.

    • Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Looked at my bank statement today and there is a credit for $49.95. So apparently even though I received an email confirmation with an order number two days after I was charged, I’m assuming they ran out of boxes? But honestly it would have been polite to notify me and let me know that a box was not on its way and perhaps apologize since I’ve been anticipating it to come for almost two weeks. Bummer. ?

  9. I did not receive my morroccanoil, concealer nor any tan towels in one on my boxes.
    In the other I only got 1 tan towel.
    (One of them charged and sent due to an error on their behalf) HORRIBLE customer service btw

  10. My missing box arrived today. Yay! And the foundation and lip crayon were in colors that better match my skintone. Glad I persisted. My first call to customer service said she would refund me, but boxes were sold out, so no replacement. I called back the next day and got someone else, who seemed more informed, and she said anyone who had ordered multiples of this box would recieve all the boxes they ordered. It was some glitch in shipping. Either way. Stoked to have some duplicate items, and also some nice gifts for my mom.

  14. I got my box today, finally, and I think it’s great…but some glitches in mine too. One tan towel too, of course, and missing the Coola setting spray entirely (and it was listed on the product card included). The nail polish was intact and nothing leaked anywhere, so I consider myself lucky I guess. My lip crayon was in bombshell – bright red – which I’ll never use and I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to trying a matte product, and it seems like good quality other than being bright red. My Amore compact is also of the “yellow” tone and I’m definitely on the pink side, so I don’ think I’ll be using that.

    I am annoyed that they advertised 20+ items and I got 18 items and 3 useless cards – one a sweepstakes entry, a 15% off coupon for a product not in the box and one I’d never use, and a free digital issue of NewBeauty magazine. Lame.

    • I don’t know which shade you are – but I consider my skin more on the yellow side and I received the Amore in shade 104 which has a pink undertone. I tried the Amore today and I was pleasantly surprised with how well it blended into my skin. I love the natural and light look – plus the SPF 50 is great!

      I also received the bombshell – haven’t used it yet – but I like mixing in a bolder lip shade. Also you can try putting a clear gloss on first and then layering the darker shade over – makes for a less dramatic look.

      • I got shade 204, but I’d really need 102 or 104. I’m pretty fair. :p I tried the bombshell and whoa – yeah, too much for me! I tried wiping a bit off and covering it with some julep lip oil and that was almost doable, but then it wasn’t really matte anymore. :-/

        • I think 204 would be too dark for me as well. Bummer! I hope they continue to do more boxes in the future and that they offer some customization (light, medium, dark).

          Good luck finding someone to swap with! I think the Amore is a great product – so it would be nice if you could try it out.

    • They finally responded to me today and only said that “they will notify their warehouse” about my missing tan towels and “get back to me” and that they count those “2 compelling offers (their words not mine) as products”. I’m a little worried that there was no mention of sending me the tan towels that are missing from my box.

  15. I received my box yesterday and nothing was broken or leaking. BUT I didn’t receive ANY tan towels. That’s the least exciting item from the box for me, but I thought I could add the 2 from Glossybox and gift all together. And that’s a $27 valued product missing from my box. My lip crayon was also Trademark and looks great. On the info card, it says “20+” products, but even including tan towels, it is only 19 items. Are they counting the couple of coupons (one for enter to win… and the other one is for 50% off)? Still a great box, great value and great variety.

  16. Has anyone heard back from customer service regarding missing items from the box?? Ive emailed 3 times and not even an auto generated response— is testtube@newbeauty.com the correct email?

    • Nope – I’ve emailed twice and no response.

    • Allison, I got my box the very first day & emailed them about my box missing 4/5 of the tan towels and also asked about it containing less than 20+ products. They finally responded to me yesterday and only said that “they will notify their warehouse” about my missing tan towels and “get back to me” and they said that they count those
      “2 compelling offers (their words- not mine) as products”. I really loved the items in this box, so I’m not upset about having 19 actual products but it’s good to know for future boxes that some of the items they count could be coupons, advertisements for a sweepstakes, etc. And I definitely do want my 4 missing tan towels, I love them!

  17. My nail polish was opened, leaked, and the metal cap was dented…but there is nothing in the box that would of dented the metal cap like that in three places!! Also my dr. Brandt tube exploded all over the box. So I had some colorful and gritty boxes of products. I emailed them and waiting to hear back. The tube exploding I can understand, but the nail polish looks like someone took a hammer to it….so weird.

    • The nail polish cap is supposed to be dented – it’s their style.

    • The cap of the nail polish is supposed to be dented lol. I thought the same when I first discovered Smith & Cult. That’s awful about everything else. The only issue I had was not receiving any Tantowels.

      • I realize that the cap is supposed to be dented in certain areas but it was actually beat into a little mangled ball….not the pretty dents that are supposed to be there. It is actually quite funny looking and beat up so much I can even pry the cap off!!!

    • I had the same problem with my polish and I totally agree – it’s wayyyyy more dented than the single dent that is supposed to be there. But aside from the packaging, the real problem was nail polish leaked out and all over the inside of the box so a bunch of items have smears of dried up nail polish with shreds of tissue paper stuck to it. It’s such a mess it’s funny. I took a bunch of photos and sent an email to the company within 5 minutes of receiving the box but no word back yet. Also, the lid of my living proof spray appears to have fallen off during transit too and now the spray nozzle doesn’t work at all. Fedex SurePost clearly bounced this box around quite a bit!

      I can’t help but laugh as I clearly have a sub box dark cloud over me right now…this box was a total mess but my last three boxes have ALL had shipping issues. My latest glossy box was a total mess because the entire contents of the Sabon Shower Oil leaked out and all over everything (that was a big gooey mess…at least the polish mess in the new beauty box had dried by the time I opened it!!). Then my LLB Serendipity box didn’t have either of the necklace options in it. It’s the sub box fiasco trifecta! Bad things tend to come in threes, so hopefully it’s smooth sailing from here on in.

      It’s interesting to note that the only company to address the problems so far is LLB – they put a replacement in the mail within a day or two – their CS is really a standout. No word from Glossybox or New Beauty yet and it’s been well over a week for Glossybox.

      Oh well – these mishaps come with the territory, I guess, but three in a row?? I’m working hard to find the humor in it! 🙂

  18. I received the 104 in light/medium (pink). Although my skin is light, I consider myself to have yellow undertones – not pink. Has anyone else with yellow undertones tried out this shade? How did it work?

    I received the lip pencil in bombshell and then all other items were the same as
    Liz’s box – with the exception of one tan towel. I would have liked more than one tan towel. Has anyone who has followed up with New Beauty heard back?

    Thanks in advance for anyone’s insights -especially on the workability of the Amore with pink undertones on skin with yellow undertones!

    • I’ve emailed 3 times and tweeted 2 times about my missing Mally Under Eye Brightener. I haven’t heard a peep. One of the products I was most looking forward to. I only received 1 tan towel too. So disappointed. I kinda feel like we won’t hear anything 🙁

      However, I don’t know if they work weekends or not. I am sure they will get back to us soon. 🙂

      • They don’t work weekends, I had emailed them about shipping last friday, and they replied on Monday or Tuesday saying sorry we didn’t get ur email in time bc were out of the office. So I’m hopeful they will get back to us!

    • So I was nervous that the Amore (pink undertones) and IT! Products (too dark) wouldn’t be the right shades for my skin – but I tried them out this morning (along with the Mally product) and they worked perfectly! I am so happy about trying products that are very new to me. I feel that this entire box is going to be used up right away – and that I’ve found many items that I want to repurchase full size.

      I definitely hope they do more of this in the future!

  19. Has anyone else besides me ~not~ received their box yet? I received a tracking number last Monday…when I click on it it says “not found.” I’m annoyed, but should I be worried as well? If they messed up and then can’t replace the box because it’s sold out, I’ll be VERY annoyed…?

    My tissue just had 1 small tear, so it didn’t look tampered with :/

  22. I received a box today, though I ordered two. Has anyone ordered two before? Do they come separately? I received a shipping notice with a tracking number. That number ended up just being one box. I worry that they feel my order is complete though I was charged for two. I have never ordered from NewBeauty before. I hope they can resolve this. I have emailed them.

    Also when I opened the box, the tissue paper was ripped open and the nail polish had been opened. The clear sticker from the lid to the bottle was taken off and stuck to the lid. Very weird. I also only received one tan towel. It was like they ran out and had to open the packages and then only include one in each box. Did anyone else have a ripped tissue paper?

    My colors are way off. I am very fair and I received the Amore Pacific in 106. Way too dark. The suede lip crayon in Bombshell is too dark as well.

    I do love most of the products in the box which is why I ordered two.

    • I ordered 2 boxes due to be delivered on 8/2. I hope I get 2 boxes. I’ll keep you posted.

    • The same thing happened to me when I ordered two Goodbeing Spring LE boxes (they had 2 different versions). I received one tracking number (assuming it was for one large box containing both boxes), but only received one Spring LE box. I sent them an email, and they couldn’t figure out what happened, so they just sent me the box I hadn’t received. I hope you get your 2nd box soon!

      Re: the New Beauty box… my tissue paper wasn’t ripped, but the cap on my nail polish was slightly off. I think the sticker holding the cap to the bottle couldn’t hold up to all of the movement with shipping. I also received only one tan towel, but I’m okay with that since those always go into the donate box.

      Also, I thought it was interesting, and leaning toward the bait & switch side of things, that they advertised 20+ products in the box, but counted the advertisements/coupons as two “products”. I guess maybe(?) technically they were correct, but it’s getting tiring dealing with the semantics these boxes have been using lately. Just be upfront, and stop playing with my emotions! I’m sensitive (ya, right… like sandpaper)! Ha! 😀 I’m sure a lot of people would have still bought the box even if they had said 19 items were in the box. Regardless, it was still a really fun box to get.

    • Yes! My tissue was also torn open and my nail polish had been opened, the seal was also off to the side! I wondered if the post office had opened it or something. But with both of ours like that…??? Weird! Also something leaked but I can’t figure out what! I also had just one tan towel and the makeup colors weren’t right for me either which is a bummer, but the rest of the stuff was really cool so m still happy with it. Just wish it had been perfect 🙂

      I just received my delivery and i also received just one box although I ordered two and was charged for two.
      I sent them an email and hopefully, I will get another shipment.
      The box came in perfect condition but with only one tan towel, although I don’t care much because I don’t even like tan towels.
      I will just await their confirmation of another box en route.

    • Update: I did get an email from NewBeauty about my missing box. They are sending out another one. I think they are receiving many emails about missing items so if you have not heard from them, be patient. Very polite customer service.

  23. I’m wondering if the supersmile contains parabens? The website and the actual tube conflict. They are not mentioned in the inactive ingredient list on the tube I received.

    Also, I didn’t get any of the Tantowels. I’ve emailed them.

  24. Received my box today!!! So amazing! I got the same nail polish but it leaked on another product. I did receive the sorbet lippy which is way too pink for me. Lol Foundation was in Med, so happy about that. My Mally is in lighter, did anyone else get a different color??
    I purchased the Allure box too, so stoked they both have the lip plumper!

  25. I got the Amore Pacific in 104 light pink and the lip crayon in Bombshell (red), then the same color nail polish. I’d definitely be up for swapping my 104 for the lightest 102 in the cushion compact and the lip color for a nude or neutral.

  27. I get up at 4 am to work fairly often. I love the living proof dry shampoo, cause I ain’t dealing with washing and drying my thick hair at 4 am. Also I was lusting after a bottle of the smith and cult nail polish. Excited to try the other stuff too

  29. I just got my box. I got the same color nail polish but I got the matte lip color in Sorbet, and the amore pacific color in 106 medium pink. Have we seen any other variations?

    • I haven’t received mine yet – but medium pick would not work for me! I really need a light shade – and I have yellow undertones (definitely not pink).

    • I got the lip color in demure! And only one tan towel … Were we only supposed to get one?

    • I also got Sorbet but my Amore Pacific is “#102 Light (Pink).” These colors are so perfect for me that I was wondering if they have access to my profile from another box! I’ve never bought from New Beauty or subscribed to their Test Tube before so maybe it’s a lucky coincidence.

      I also only got one tanning towel. I think they either made a mistake with Liz’s box or they were buttering up the bloggers. 😀

    • I got only 1 towel as well, and lip color in bombshell, a nice dark red. I love it bc I had only pink and nude crayons right now! And i have mixed feelings about most of the other things i was really looking forward to.
      1. The cusion i got light pink, and im hispanic from TX with light olive skin but really lose my color in the winter up in NY.. so thought id save it for Nov when my tan fades…but then i tested it and its so sheer it blends ok, and for the 50spf, its totally worth it. I mean, most sunscreens leave a much worse finish anyway, so im thinking i should use it up now after all.
      2.the mally is in light shade…I put it on and wow, yellow…at first I was sooooo uncomfortable and thought it was such a huge mess, but the “really bright eyes” look quickly grew on me.
      3. It concealer is super light as well, I applied just the tiniest bead and it was way more color correction than I could handle…but I liked the texture, so blended it to my upper lids thinking it would make a GREAT shadow primer, bc it feels like this isn’t moving anywhere all day and covers my tiny red veins perfectly!…but then I just kind of liked the way it looked without shadow and left it alone.

      In the end, these make up products pushed me out of my comfort zone because I’m not used to wearing concealers and such, and also at first I thought the colors were Sooooooo off, but I think I love the finished result…
      So I went from, man, what a waste of $50, to ohhhh I think I should buy this and wear every day! Thanks MSN for pushing me to try new products!

    • I received Amore in Medium pink and lip crayon in Sorbet. I’m so disappointed I can’t wear either of these colors and I was so excited about them! Grr! Hopefully I can swap for my shades. Also, just got one tan towel. Otherwise, excited about everything else!

    But the MALLY Eye Brightener was missing! The thing I was MOST excited about 🙁 and only 1 tan towel.

  34. Argh! My box is here…technically. I live in an apartment complex with a mail center. My carrier put my box in the lock box – then forgot to leave me a key, lol.

    I ran up to the PO and hopefully they will leave it for me tomorrow.

  35. This box hands down feels like the best value for the price of any I have received to date. Like several others, I received only 1 tan towel rather than the box of 5. I plan to email their customer service and hope they will send me a box of 5, because I actually like to use them. For me the Necktifirm made the box, and I find all of it personally useful.

  36. I received my box today, and I’m very happy with it overall! Unfortunately, I only received one of the Tan Towels rather than the box of five, and my It Cosmetics product was missing. I’ve emailed customer service, so hopefully they’ll get back to me soon. Overall, though, this is a great box, and I’m very happy I purchased it!

If you have a moment… would you please check and let me know if glo lip crayon sharpener would fit LOC eye shadow stick from Birchbox? I had LOC sharpener in my cart and was deciding what else to add and it is sold out! If it works, I can allocate my points to something else. Thank you!

        • Hi Kay! I got my Beauty Choice Awards box today, and I just went and tried out the lipstick sharpener on one of the LOC eyeshadow sticks, and it works great!!!!!

          • Hi Hilary! Thank you for the post! I have two of LOC sticks and I cannot use them because it won’t work with my dual sharpener (on the bigger side). You just saved me $5 in BB points. And the lip crayon color looks really pretty! Enjoy your box!

  40. I got mine today but for some reason they only gave me one tanning towel total and not the box.

    • I got mine yesterday and it only had 1 tan towel in it also. Not the whole box of 5. I emailed them yesterday and sent a photo but they haven’t responded.

  42. Was very surprised by the contents of this box. A great mix of products, I especially like the size of the It’s a 10 product. I don’t use the dry shampoos at all, they leave a white reside in my hair, but I guess a lot of people like them. Loved the size of the Amore Pacific foundation, but I’ll have to try to darken it up a bit with my Cover FX drops. Would have been nice to get a color I could actually use. Smith and Cult???? LOVE!!!!!! Would have liked one of their lippies. I’m not really complaining per se, just would like a little customization especially for Women of color. Quite a few of the products I receive end up with some of my friends. Would I buy again… Yes. Just hope Test Tube are reading comments. My $.02.
