Nadine West Subscription Box Review – June 2016
Nadine West is a fashion subscription service that send you a new outfit every month based off of a questionnaire of your tastes and preferences, and you pay for the items you keep.
They send tops, scarves, and jewelry for you to try on at home, keep what you want and send back what you don’t with their pre-paid shipping label.
Since this delivery is personalized to my own preferences, my Nadine West could be completely different than anyone else’s!
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes).
The Subscription Box: Nadine West
The Cost: $6.50 is charged to your account when your package ships (to cover shipping) and that amount is put towards the cost of the items you keep. If you return everything, however, that amount is not refunded.
The Products: Each Pink Package will include 2-4 items. Typical combos include a shirt or scarf and a couple pieces of jewelry and other accessories.
Ships to: US
Keep Track of Your Subscriptions: Add this box to your subscription list or wishlist!
Every package includes an info sheet listing your items and return instructions, as well as a prepaid shipping label.
Something I want to point out: it looks like they’ve added a 20% discount on your total if you keep everything in your package! I like that.
Super Sparkle Stud Earrings – Cost to Keep: $9.99
These are some good, basic studs. I like that the metal is silver because that’s all I wear.
Keep Your Pearl In Line Necklace – Cost to Keep: $16.99
I can’t figure out what the name of this is supposed to be a pun of… Maybe “keep your girl in line”? In which case, angst/not cool – but I don’t really know. Hopefully just a silly random name they came up with when adding this to their inventory. Either way, it’s not really my style and I think the pearl is the reason. I’d probably like it better as a bar necklace.
Here’s a close up of the necklace.
Trimming the Tees – Cost to Keep: $22.49
This is a cute tee! I don’t normally care for crochet details but the trim here is cute. The coral is also awesome for Spring/Summer. It’s a little on the thin side, though, so personally I think $22 is a little high for this top.
Verdict: This month of Nadine West was alright. The jewelry was underwhelming but I thought the tee was adorable. If you’re looking for a fashion/accessories subscription that is a lower price point than other services out there like it (Stitch Fix, Trendsend, Trunk Club), this may be a box for you to try.
