JUSTFAB JULY 2016 - BOX

JustFab
2.9 overall rating
29 Ratings | 13 Reviews

JustFab is a monthly shoes, clothing, and accessories subscription service. You can shop their merchandise like normal retail, but they have a VIP subscription that gets you better prices on everything in their store – almost everything is only $39.95 (or less) for VIPs. Every month on the first they release new styles, and you can pick any item you want, or skip that month. If you don’t pick or skip, you get charged $39.95 towards store credit for you to spend any time.

This model is similar to how Fabletics and AdoreMe work, if you’re familiar with either of those.

My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes)

JUSTFAB JULY 2016 - items 1

Jimena Sneakers – retail: $59.95, JustFab VIP price: $39.95

These sneakers are so cute! (and one of the only ones they have that aren’t wedges, haha). I love the neutral color and the snakeskin-esque detailing is just enough to add interesting texture but not crazy at all.

Here they are on. So cute. My favorite part is that the zippers function, so I never actually need to tie or lace them up.

Verdict: I love this month’s JustFab shoe pick. I love the color and versatility of them, and the fact that I don’t have to lace them up! (as a mom of a toddler, I have zero time to lace up shoes.) I’m happy with the quality, too.

Those are really cute shoes. If only they had my size. Not that I need more shoes…

I’m not sure I understand this sub. Is there any benefit to buying something the first 5 days of the month? Or can you just “skip” every time and then buy whatever you want at the reduced rate anytime during the month? I mean obviously the gimmick is that you forget to skip and then are “forced” to buy something to use your “credit.”

There are benefits to being a part of the subscription. Ie the sales they run are amazing (shoes as low as $6)

But I agree that the lack of incentive per month is unusual. Haven’t really made sense of it beyond your own analysis

tpop, Yes, you can skip any time before the 5th of the month and go back and buy something at your VIP rate any time. =] But yes, if you forget to skip or pick before the 5th of each month your card is charged for $39.95 store credit.
