e.l.f. Play Beautifully Subscriptions on Hold

e.l.f. play beautifully subscription shipments have been placed on a temporary hold. Thanks to Haley, Rachel, and Lisa for the heads up!

e.l.f. has reached out to subscribers with a $20 gift card and more information about the issue:

“We apologize, due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to temporarily place our Play Beautifully® Box shipments on hold. We hope to resume shipments this Fall and will keep you posted as to exact timing. Please rest assured you will be shipped the correct number of boxes in your subscription. We have sent all subscribers a $20 gift card as an apology for this issue, which you may use at any time, and which may be combined with promotions.

We greatly appreciate your patience and loyalty. Please feel free to contact us again if we may be of any further assistance.”

  2. I got 1 email for this but have 3 subscriptions so i wonder if i will get 3 codes or just the one????

  3. Ugh…I just updated my CC info this morning can sent them an e MN ail request information my summer box….I guess I won’t be getting it. The box looked great, too!
