For those looking to sample international products, there’s the Sampler Box, which is $9.95 per month and includes 6-8 sample-sized products from around the world. The Full Experience Box, on the other hand, is $35.95 per month and includes 6-8 full-sized products from a single country.

Potato Chips with Himalayan Pink Salt by Jose Andres (1.41 oz.)- $2.33
Jose Andres has quite a few restaurants in DC (where I live), but I didn’t realize that he also had his own line of potato chips! These are made with only potatoes, olive oil, and pink Himalayan salt. They’re really tasty!
Soft Dried Squid Shreds by Maruesu (1 oz.)- $3.95
Otsumami is the Japanese word for snacks that are often eaten as an accompaniment to beer or sake, and dried shredded squid like this as always been one of the most popular otsumami options. I imagine that this snack may not be super popular with all subscribers, but I’m really excited to see it in the box. I love trying all kinds of different international snacks, and this is one that’s new to me. I’m actually a pretty big fan. The squid is soft and sweet & savory. I like it!
Roasted Seaweed in Spicy Gochujang Sauce (0.59 oz.)- $2.95
I also received this snack in my Yummy Bazaar Full Experience box this month, and it wasn’t really for me. I love the flavors of gochujang, a popular Korean condiment, but I haven’t yet been able to develop a taste for crunchy seaweed snacks.
Soft Custard Cup Cake (23 g.)- $1
I found a few different kinds of packaged Korean custard cakes available for sale online, so I’m assuming they’re a popular treat there! I liked this cake quite a bit. The custard had nice flavor, and the cake was soft and spongy.
Sesame Krokan Bar by Koska- $1.95
I couldn’t find this bar for sale online (either on the Yummy Bazaar site or elsewhere), so I’ve used the price listed on the info sheet. I always enjoy the rich, nutty flavor of sesame seeds, and I thought this bar was very tasty.
Ezogelin Tomato Lentil with Mint Soup- $2?
Yummy Bazaar often sends out spices, seasoning packets, and mixes, and I think it’s great that they send out items that can be incorporated into meals. Ezogelin is a popular Turkish soup that’s made from bulgur, red lentils, and mint. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but I think it sounds delicious.
Verdict: I really enjoyed this box from Yummy Bazaar's Destination Food Club! I liked the wide range of items included this month, and I had a great time discovering new treats from around the world (especially the otsumami squid)! By my count, the retail value of the items in this box comes out to about $14. I couldn’t find all of the items available for sale online, but even if I’m off by a few dollars the value is definitely still there!
