This is a review of the Mindful + Mystic Monthly Box/Bundle.

This month’s theme is all about the chakras! Sapphire Soul always comes with lots of tiny pieces of paper, but they have stopped sending info cards. This means that I have to guess on what some of these items are (and what they might be worth). These little pieces of paper are, clockwise from top left, a thank you / social media note, a fortune, a dreamcatcher temporary tattoo, a card from the Dive in Deck, and a raffle ticket to win your July box free!

I should really have added this little tea bag to the picture above. I enjoy Rooibos tea, so this was a nice little extra, too.

Chakras Chart – Value $3.95

I really have to hand it to Soulistic Life, of all the new age boxes I review, I think theirs is most likely to send you some good information to break things down for you. This chart is really informative! I love it! It has everything you need to know, in a nutshell, to understand and start clearing and aligning your chakras.

Signature Gem Infused Solar Plexus Chakra Essential Oil Blend – Value $13

I have received two of these mists from Soulistic Life before, and they’re quite nice. I think I’ve received “i am” and “i feel” before, and this one is called “i can.” The solar plexus chakra is the center of assertiveness, so this makes sense. It has a nice, uplifting fragrance, which is very fitting!

Chakra Stones Necklace – Value $14.99

This is such a cool idea! This necklace has stones for each of the seven chakras, with red jasper for the root, carnelian for the sacral, citrine for the solar plexus, aventurine for the heart, sodalite for the throat, crystal for the third eye, and of course amethyst for the crown chakra. It looks a little strange to me as a necklace, but it actually makes a pretty cool looking wrap bracelet.

Soul Candy Heart Chakra Stone – Value $7

I have received stones from Soul Candy before and was never really interested in any of them – until NOW. This little stone is so cool because you can add a few drops of essential oil on it, and it will diffuse the aroma over time! I love it!

Third Eye Crystal Bar Soap – Value $5

I have actually received a few of these awesome soaps in subscription boxes lately, and I hope to see this trend continue! Crystal Bar soaps smell great and have an actual gemstone inside! This one has a dogtooth amethyst embedded. I love the color and the nice, relaxing fragrance, too.

Verdict: This was a really great, tightly curated package from Soulistic Life! I liked everything in it, and I think it will all go to good use. The value of everything combined was about $48, which just clears the $45 cost of the box, so I’m happy with that. I’m looking forward to doing some meaningful work on my chakras in the coming month!

  1. You’re right! My bad.

  2. Do the math again – or correct me. It’s just under $44.

    • Yup, $44 unless the paper materials are apart of the value.
