Scentbird sends out authentic perfume each month in smaller vials for you to try them out, or switch up your scent more often.

When you sign up, you fill out a survey to determine your scent preferences, and they recommend specific scents for you to try out. You add perfumes to your queue when you find one that you want to try which is how they choose what to send each month. If you don't choose one by the cut off date, they will send you the scent of the month. Next month it is Malin+Goetz Bergamot.

Scentbird includes a twist up perfume atomizer with your first shipment. You can order additional atomizers on their website for an additional fee.

When you subscribe to Scentbird, you'll get a $15.00 "credit" each month to buy a full sized bottle of cologne - this doesn't look like it is cumulative, and seems more like a member's discount.

Scentbird has also introduced a new a la carte service. You can choose any cologne you want, with each spray being just $16.95 plus shipping (shipping is free if you order 3 or more sprays). The cases are sold separately.

This month, my next perfume in the line up was Issey Miyake L'eau d'Issey EDT for women. The notes are: Lotus, Freesia, Cyclamen, Rose Water, Fresh Peonies, Carnation, White Lilies, Precious Woods, Osmanthus, Tuberose, Amberseed, and Musk. I was not expecting to fall in love with this perfume because of all the florals but fall in love with it I have. It smells amazing on me, and even though it is heavy on the florals, it's not cloying. I think I have found another perfume to add to my regular rotation!

Verdict: The value of my perfume this month comes out to about $16.08. This subscription is really dependent on which perfume you choose when it comes to value. I'm always happiest when I chose scents that I love versus scents that are expensive. I fell in love with my scent this month, so it was just a bonus that I got a higher value perfume! I might use my $15.00 credit this month to purchase this one full size - I love it that much!

I love the size of these vials because they're perfect for travel or just to throw in your gym bag for a quick spritz when you need it. They're also cheaper than rollerballs, and I prefer spritzes anyway!

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane...the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane...but she's always looking for a new subscription to try!

Ugh scentbird did not work for me either. My first shipment arrived leaked everywhere so I only had a few sprays left. The atomizer is a total piece of junk that basically fell apart the 3rd time I used it. Plus they are so slow at getting new scents. Good idea, but other subscription services are doing it way better.

I officially do not like scentbird .. I brought the deal last May of buy get 1 and guess what the real deal Meant
buy one get NONE ..
It’s almost the end of June and close to 2 months since I paid and haven’t heard from them
They don’t reply to my emails and there is no way to contact them via phone .. It’s like thank you for your money GOODBYE .. Hate scentbird
They won’t even issue me a refund they’ve just basically put me on ignore mode … Hate the process of calling banks and disputing charges be careful with this subscription

The buy one get one deal means you pay for your first month and you recieve your second month for free. Since you signed up in May you should of recieved June (which you paid for when you signed up) then if you didn’t cancel right away you would of got the month of July for free. Hopefully you got this straightened out. Scentbird has one of the best customer services I’ve ever seen. They don’t issue refunds and I suggest you read the faq before signing up for a company. 🙂

I love Scent Bird so much! It’s such a good way to try different scents and is very reasonable price-wise…especially when you consider that many of their fragrances aren’t offered in rollerballs. I’ve found some fantastic scents that I didn’t even know about before, and I’m sure I never would try. This month I got Vince Camuto Capri, which was the scent of the month last month. I LOVE it!
