Here’s a look at the stamps they sent – I love how they do this! It really saves so much space. The rubber stamp pieces come stuck to this plastic sheet and you have an acrylic square block (in the baggie) that you peel & stick them onto and that’s your stamp! It also lets you arrange them to easily make sentences and more complex designs, and the fact that it’s clear lets you see how your stamps are lined up while stamping! This is brilliant. I hadn’t heard of this before I first tried Paper Pumpkin a couple years ago.

This month’s stamps include a lot for Father’s Day but also birthdays, too, which is nice.

Here’s how my cards turned out! I made three – two birthdays and one Father’s Day.

And here’s the inside of my cards! I had a lot of fun with the fact that you can put multiple stamps on the block and make a whole message to put inside.

I even stamped some envelopes to go with the cards.

Verdict: I had fun with this Paper Pumpkin box! It’ll be great to have these in time for Father’s Day. I used to make a lot of cards and scrapbooking projects when I was younger and it was really fun having a “crafting getaway” that let me do that again. However, even if you’ve never done anything like this before, you could definitely do this project, too. I love how many things they send that are self-adhesive (I loved not dealing with any glue) and easily mixed-and-matched. I loved that I could sit and do a little craft without any prep work or any real mess.

What do you think of the cards for May’s Paper Pumpkin box? Have you tried a monthly crafting box before?

Do you use the same block for all of the stamps? (In other words-are the stamps removable from the block and restickable?) I have a bunch from Studio Calico but I haven’t made the plunge to buy a block yet.

I have subbed to this one since they started it. Some months they have sent different projects – like a yearly calendar, a paper wreath, treat bags, etc. It’s pretty neat for the price! Also, they send a yearly gift for subscribers – this past April (I think) they sent a free stamp set as a “thank you”.
