Snapz Apple Crisps - $1.05

These have come over the pond from the UK.  These have good reviews, which is a bit shocking to me. I found them undesirable at best - the reality is that they felt and tasted like I was eating apple flavored styrofoam. I'll leave it at that.

You Love Fruit - Mango - $1.08

Ok, I generally love mango, and I was expecting to love these. They're not my favorite. They are super cute though - they're cut into heart shapes. The mango flavor was slightly there but not super strong. I ate three of the 16 hearts, and tossed the rest. Not worth the calories to me.

Pretzel Crisps Original Flavor - Snack Factory - $0.75

I always enjoy these pretzel crisps. They're perfect for dipping, which is great since Love With Food included hummus to go with them!

Wild Garden Hummus Dip - Sun Dried Tomato - $0.95

I really enjoy hummus as a mid day snack or as a light meal with some pita bread. This hummus was really great. I enjoyed the flavor of the sun dried tomato as a change from the traditional hummus I usually purchase. I also really like that these come in a to-go container, so you can throw one in your bag for a quick snack while you're out with some veggie sticks or chips!

Raw Rev Glo - Creamy Peanut Butter & Sea Salt - $1.99

I am 99.9% sure that I have received one of these in a previous box. I get Raw Rev Glo bars at least once a month in my boxes, if not twice or three times. They show up SO often. This one is pretty good - it's your standard protein type bar. This brand is gluten free and non-gmo.

Traditional Tea Time Shortbread - Biscottea - $0.50?

This was really good with a cup of tea. I enjoyed the slight hint of vanilla. Shortbread is growing on me as I get older - it used to be something I couldn't stand, but as I get older, I enjoy it more and more! It does usually need some tea or coffee with it though!

Torie and Howard Meyer Lemon and Raspberry Chewie Fruities - $0.25?

These are so much better than Starburst in flavor and ingredients - they're all natural and free of a lot of problem ingredients. They also don't contain gelatin, which makes these a great alternative for vegans and vegetarians. The Meyer Lemon and Raspberry is my absolute favorite, so I loved getting these in this month's box. Bummer that there were only two though!

LWF6

Sinfully Thin Blue Corn Popcorn - $1.00

I enjoyed this popcorn - it was a basic, no-frills salted popcorn. There's not a ton more to say, other than the fact that it really is a great choice if you're looking to snack on something salty and crunchy guilt free!

Verdict: This Love with Food box has an approximate value of $7.57. The value is a bit on the low side. Love With Food generally includes several coupons with their boxes that tend to bring the value up a little, so that is something to keep in mind. I did enjoy this box, since there were several things new to me that I enjoyed and a few old favorites (the Torie and Howard Chewies and pretzels). There were a few clear misses though, which is generally disappointing in a box that hits low on the value mark already.

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane...the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane...but she's always looking for a new subscription to try!

The hummus leaked and everything in our box was covered. The whole box smelled pretty bad.

Yes, this box seems a little light this month. But I LOVE Torie & Howard candies.
Looks like some strong bi-cuspids tried to bite the box open 😀
