Taco Sundae Kit - $7.00?

This is a really cute idea!  I received sundae cups and spoons, green coconut, and red hots to make taco sundaes. This is a great little DIY kit to throw in for a summer box.

TB5

Spiceologist Aleppo Chili Powder - $6.00

I LOVE Aleppo chili flakes, so I was really excited to get the powder.  I generally add the chili flakes to the top of my avocado toast, but sometimes the flavor isn't enough to really be excited about it.  Because this is powder instead of flakes, it works really well with my toast.

Cactus Dad Card - $4.00?

This is a really cute card.  My Dad passed away a few years ago, so I probably will not make use of this card.  It says "Thank you for teaching me how to stick it out and be sharp."  I love the cactus theme in this box.

Vintage Cocktail Cactus Stirrers - $7.00

These are really cute and are perfect for a summer get together!  The colors would be perfect for a poolside party.  They feel like very durable plastic that won't break easily.

TB6

Cactus Banner by Miss Mollie Shop - $9.00

This would have been fun for a Cinco de Mayo party - in fact, this whole box would have been fun for Cinco de Mayo, with the taco sundaes, chili powder, and cocktail stirrers.  The banner is super cute and goes well with the other banner I received in this box.

We Heart Dad Banner - $9.00?

The colors of this banner go really well with the cactus banner, so it would be perfect to have a cactus-themed Father's Day party or something.  I do love the fact that Tinsel Box is including Father's Day in their boxes - it is often forgotten about, with a lot of focus on Mother's Day!

Verdict:  This TinselBox has a value of about $42.00, which is great for a box that costs $19.99.  I really enjoyed the mix of items in this box!  Unfortunately, I won't be able to use the banner or the greeting card, but most people will, so I don't hold that against them in the least.  I really love the concept of a holiday decorating box, and I think Tinsel Box is pulling it off quite well!

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane...the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane...but she's always looking for a new subscription to try!
