Graze is a mini-snack subscription box that sends a customized selection of treats weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. They offer over 100 different snacks that you can rate online, which, over time, helps tailor your subscription to your particular snacking preferences.
For subscribers with food sensitivities, it’s easy to trash snacks that contain gluten, dairy, or any other specific ingredient; however, Graze snacks are produced in a facility with nuts, wheat, milk, and many other foods that might not make this subscription a good fit for anyone with severe food allergies.
Boxes are shipped via USPS and are conveniently designed to fit in most standard mailboxes.
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)

Peanut Butter & Jelly
One of my favorite things about Graze is their large selection of snacks. I’ve been subscribing for several years now, and I still regularly receive snacks that I haven’t tried before. They regularly release new snacks (like this one!) that keep the selection feeling fun and fresh.
Energizing Almond, Carrot, & Apple
This is another newly released snack that I haven’t previously received. It’s a mix of almonds, carrot and orange chews, and soft apple pieces. It’s also high in fiber (4 grams!).
New York Everything Bagel
I love that this snack was inspired by an everything bagel (one of my favorite foods)! The poppy seed onion sesame sticks do actually taste a little bit like the toppings on an everything bagel. Is it terrible that I always have to fight the urge to dip the sticks in cream cheese?
Vitamin C Crush
Vitamin C Crush has been popping up a lot lately in my Graze boxes, and it’s become one of my husband’s favorite snacks. The mix of mango, pineapple, and coconut flakes is tropical and refreshing.
Vanilla Almond Protein Granola Topper
Graze’s granola toppers are a relatively new addition to their snack lineup. They’re designed to be used as a topping for yogurt, and I like having them on hand for days when I need a quick and healthy breakfast.
Tuscan Pesto Kern Pops
This snack is a mix of cheddar cheese popped corn kernels and mini basil breadsticks. It’s really yummy.
Wholegrain Banana Caramel Dippers
Huzzah! These are my husband’s all-time favorite Graze snack! I’ve only tried them once, but I agree that the banana shortbread cookies are DELICIOUS with the caramel sauce.
Grilled Cheese
Grilled Cheese is a mix of hickory smoked cashews, cheddar cheese bruschetta, and mustard breadsticks. My husband claimed this snack, as well, and really liked it.
Verdict: Graze is one of the first subscription boxes I ever signed up for, and it’s still one of my favorites! I love the wide variety of snacks that Graze offers, and I appreciate how easy it is to update my preferences online. The single-serve snack packs are a great size, and they’re perfect for tossing into my handbag for eating on the go. I’m also a big fan of their seasonal packaging! How cute was this month’s box?
