Look how pretty this box is packaged!  I loved the packaging on my Snakku boxes this month. 

1 - Sakura Cherry Blossom Morthian Roll Crepe 

This was really delicious.  It was reminiscent of a Pirouette cookie, just with a slightly fruity flavor.  If you're worried this tastes floral from the cherry blossoms, don't worry, it's a delicious sweet taste, that I couldn't really pin point.  I loved it. 

1 - Chocolate and Green Tea Morthian Roll Crepe 

I've mentioned this before, but green tea is not necessarily my favorite flavor.  This though, was delicious.  The green tea flavor was light, and counteracted with enough sweet cream (and chocolate) that I enjoyed this!

5 - Azuki Candy

This candy is a sweet red bean candy with a salty filling.  I will tell you - I did not like these at all.  They tasted like beets and dirt.  Now, understand, I've never had red bean candies before - it is completely possible that these are an acquired taste that I do not have. 

1 - Baka Uke Sesame Cracker 

These are soy sauce rice crackers with black sesame seeds.  It was really good, and I think if you're a fan of rice crackers and sesame you'll love these.

1 - Niigata Salt Senbei 

These are sea salt rice crackers from the rural area of Niigata in Japan.  They were quite good.  They look almost like croutons, and they tasted really good.  I love sea salt anything, so these were right up my alley.

Vegetable Yasai Boro Spinach 

These are slightly sweet crunchy crackers.  I can't say that I tasted spinach, but the cracker was green.  They were pretty good, but I have to admit I was expecting something savory flavored with spinach.  The sweet kind of took me by surprise!

Vegetable Yasai Boro Pumpkin

These are also slightly sweet crunchy crackers, but these are flavored with pumpkin.  They were orange colored, but I didn't find the flavor very different than the spinach. 

1 - Sakura Mochi

This was wrapped so pretty!  I didn't want to open it, but I did so I could try it for you - it's all about you!  This mochi is filled with sakura cherry blossom red bean paste.  It was lightly sweet, and I did enjoy it.  The texture was a little weird to me!

1 - Sakura Senbei

These are similar to crackers, and made from real sakura flowers, cooking sake, dried squid, and wheat.  Since these have meat in them, I took them to a friend to try.  He opened the package and it literally smelled like fish food.  He really enjoyed it, but the other 4 or 5 people that tried it couldn't get the taste out of their mouth fast enough.  I think it's safe to say that this is also an acquired taste. 

Verdict: I thought this was a really fun box.  The theme was spring, cherry blossom season, and I think they stuck to that theme really well.  I loved most of the items I received, and they were all fun to try.  I can definitely say that I've never seen any of these products in the US, so it was fun to be introduced to snacks and flavors that I've literally never had.
