PAMPERED MOMMY APRIL 2016 - INFO 1

Every box comes with an info card talking about that month’s box. FYI -The April box is sold out but you can currently subscribe for May.

PAMPERED MOMMY APRIL 2016 - info 2

The flip side of that info card lists all the items featured in the box and their values, as well as a brief description of each.

PAMPERED MOMMY APRIL 2016 - items 1

No-Crease Hair Ties – value: $3.99

I know these no-crease hair ties are all over the place and loved by many, but they just don’t stay in my hair! I love the colors of these, but they’ll have to get swapped.

Lavender Blotting Papier by Mai Couture – value: $13

I’ve never tried these, but they seem (and smell) awesome! They’re made with lavender essential oil, which I love. There’s a lot of sheets to use (100) and they seem pretty effective! I don’t have oily skin, but I do sometimes get a sheen by the end of the day, especially as the weather warms up. These will be really handy to have in my bag.

Here’s what the inside of the book looks like – just tear and use!

PAMPERED MOMMY APRIL 2016 - items 3

Face Mask by Mullein & Sparrow – value: $15

How pretty is this packaging? This little, corked, glass bottle will look so pretty displayed on my shelf in my bathroom. This mask is good for all skin types and has different types of clay in it along with aromatic herbs. I’m looking forward to trying this out!

Dazzle Bomb Lux Bath Bomb – value: $6.99

This smells great! It’s made with natural ingredients and oils that are good for your skin. I don’t often take baths (nor do I really often get the chance to) but I’m thinking this bad boy and I have a date for Mother’s Day (while I’m wearing the mask!).

PAMPERED MOMMY APRIL 2016 - items 4

Nature’s Bakery Fig Bar, Raspberry – value: $1.25

This bar is non-GMO, vegan, kosher, and soy- and dairy-free. I’ve tried these bars before and I liked them, so I’m excited to have this to snack on!

Tote Mini Umbrella in Ethnic Leaves Print – value: $24

I love the Totes brand! I’ve wanted to pick up a cute umbrella for a while, but I have a functional boring one and I haven’t been able to bring myself to spend money to replace it. So I’m happy to see this in the box! My only gripe is that you have to manually open it rather than push a button – that sounds like a minor thing until you have to also carry a kid around at the same time! Ultimately, it’s still not a deal breaker, though. I also think an umbrella is cute in an April box (“April Showers”).

PAMPERED MOMMY APRIL 2016 - items 5

Here’s a better look at the print. Cute!

Verdict: I’m really enjoying my Pampered Mommy subscription! I liked all the items this month (and the only thing I won’t use is one of the smallest value items in the box, the hair ties). I’m excited to use everything – and the lavender blotting papers, clay mask, and bath bomb will definitely make me feel like a “pampered mommy”! The value adds up to $64.23, which I’m happy about.
