The brochure provides a quick description of the items included in the box and clearly outlines which items are vegan, non-GMO, etc.
Honest Stinger Gluten Free Organic Maple Waffle – Value $1.50
This was my favorite item in the box! I’ve seen these type of breakfast waffles in other subscription boxes, and I was thrilled to finally get a gluten-free version I could eat! This is delicious and I inhaled it shortly after this picture was taken!
Tasty Organic Fruit Snacks – Value $.50
My only complaint about this fruit snack pouch is that I wish it had more in it! Delicious!
Enjoy Life Double Chocolate Crunchy Cookies – Value $1
I’ve tried other Enjoy Life items and highly recommend this Gluten-Free brand. These cookies were pretty good, but they seemed a little on the stale side. I wouldn’t buy them in the future, but sadly it did not stop me from finishing these cookies!
Simply 7 Sea Salt Kale Chips – Value $1
These were both good. My favorite is the Coconut Oil Kettle Cooked chips – they had the perfect amount of crunch and salt. The kale chips were good too, but they had a bit of a kale aftertaste… and I know I shouldn’t have been surprised by that!
Lawless Jerky Japanese Curry Beef Jerky – Value $6
This is grass-feed beef jerky. I don’t usually eat jerky, so I had my husband Eric try this. He likes curry and he likes beef jerky, but today he learned he does NOT like Curry Beef Jerky.
The Gluten Free Bar in Chocolate Peanut Butter – Value $2.50
I wasn’t sure how I felt about the taste of this bar at first, but I finished it and ended up liking it. It has crunchy rice crisps which I really liked, but I don’t think I loved the taste enough to buy it again.
LAIKI Black Rice Crackers – Value $.50
These are made with just rice, oil, and salt! Simple and good – no complaints!
Ritual Energy Hazelnut & chocolate Energy Snack – Value $1.50
I’m not sure if it was the 100 mg of caffeine, but the taste of this mini bar was not for me. It is a tiny bite-sized snack and I still couldn’t finish it!
I love that the Gluten-Free Love with Food Box also includes some pantry items in addition to the snacks and sweets. I’m usually working with the 3 different version of organic rice past my Trader Joe’s offers, so this will be a nice way to mix it up!
Rhythm SuperFoods Roasted Kale in Chili Lime – Value $2.50
I’m not the biggest fan of straight kale chips, and these were a little too spicy for me, too.
And each box comes with a few coupons!
Verdict: This box has a value of about $22. That’s not the best for a $24.99 box, but I’ve had boxes with higher values, so I think it evens out. Since I avoid gluten in my diet, this is a great way to sample products before buying the full-size version, and that’s a big value for me as well.
