This month’s theme was “Spellbound”. I really loved the presentation of their information sheet this month. They made it feel like you were receiving a letter from Hogwarts!

Complete with a wax stamp to close the envelope.

You’re greeted with a Harry Potter-esqe letter.

And, of course, the information sheet of all of the items included. Great presentation Fandora!

“A Wizards Duel” Shirt – Value $10?

Another fantastic shirt from Fandora’s Box! Who wouldn’t want to see this battle – Dumbledore vs Gandalf! I think I’d lean towards team Gandalf.

Dementor POP – Value $10.99 on Amazon

I was so excited to see this POP included in the box, I’ve had my eye on it for a while now!

Here’s a much better look at it. How cool is this design?? I’m excited to add this to my collection.

Iracebeth Dorbz – Value $9.99

Next up is another Funko item! I’m not a big Alice in Wonderland person, so this wasn’t personally exciting – but I’m starting to like Dorbz more and more.

Here’s a closer look. I think I like the Dorbz with complex hair/headwear (think Loki helmet).

Game of Thrones Cinch Bag – Value  about $10 on Amazon

Is anyone team Lannister? Although, by the end of last season, it did feel weird to actually feel bad for Cersei…all these new feelings. This is a rather large bag with two mesh pockets on the outside, one central zipper pocket, and a large inner enclosing that you can cinch closed.

Game of Thrones Banner – Value $14.99 on Amazon

You could have received either a Stark, Lannister, or Targaryan house banner this month – we got everyone’s favorite, the House Stark banner!

These are large! I couldn’t get the full thing in a photo, so I picked out some details. We get a large family sigil of a direwolf.

The family’s words or warning are printed at the bottom – Winter is Coming. It’s still coming.

John Snow Mini Sword – Value $12.95

There were two possibilities for this item – this replica sword, or a replica snitch! I would have been happy with either one!

This is what is included in the package. Really cool for desk display!

The little book has details about the show and its characters.

Verdict: Another awesome delivery from Fandora’s Box! They keep selling out each month, and I can see why – they’ve been sending out really quality items each month I’ve been subscribed – and with next month’s theme being ‘Comic Legends’, I see that one being incredible and selling out soon! It’s a higher priced box, but they haven’t missed on value as of yet – and they don’t include little filler items to boost value either – so this is one I can definitely recommend.

What did you think of the April Fandora’s Box? Are you going to claim a spot before they’re all sold out?

  1. Love the items wish I got this box hopefully I can trade for some

  2. This box is amazing! I love everything in it and Id be cool with the variations as well. Wish I had stuff to swap for it. Im going to keep an eye on this one.

  3. Their prices have apparently gone up. They are now $35 + $10 shipping per month.

    • I was going to sign up for next month till I noticed the price increase. $45 would be a splurge. Tis a shame.

  4. I got mine a few days ago and had no idea what to expect! I loved it! The Dementor is awesome and cute for a Dementor. I got a Golden Snitch and it comes with large wings and a wooden stand – it also includes a small book of HP stickers with mainly stills from the movie. This is my first box and I really like it. I love Alice in Wonderland, so this was a win for me. Curious about the next box.

  5. This box looks fantastic! I personally feel like some of the other boxes have really gone down (looking at you LootCrate), at least in their basic variations. But the items here are unique, they look special and really well curated.

  6. Cool collection of items! I agree that the Dementor has a nice design, although it freaks me out a bit, so I’d be reluctant to display it haha. The Game of Thrones house sigil banner and sword are my faves of the box.

  7. “they have missed on value”…….do you mean they have NOT missed on value?

Box looks great. I’m not a geek and I would love this box

    • Oops – sorry that was a typo. Eric loves this box 🙂 I fixed it!

  8. I LOVE that Dementor!!!!! Actually I love all of the HP Pop Vinyl’s, I’d love to have a collection of them for my desk at work!

    • Yes! I’m patiently waiting to finally get the 6 inch Hagrid POP in a box!!

  9. I wish the pop fad would die out. It’s the only thing that keeps me from subscribing to these boxes 🙁

  10. I think most POPs are kind of cute, but that one is a little creepy to me.

  11. I calculate a value of roughly twice the price. I don’t understand why you say the value is too low to recommend?

    • wow – so sorry, somehow that was autocorrected. This is one of my favorites.
