Vanilla Air Freshener

Vanilla is pretty simple, but also pretty commonly liked in the scent world.  I think this is a great option to have in their line up.

This seemed to be the strongest scented of them all.  I could smell it through the plastic!  Since this is my first month with DollarScent, I can’t comment on how long these air fresheners will remain good for.  This one seems like it will go a long time though!

Sport Air Freshener

DollarScent describes this scent as: “A classic and masculine formula that will satisfy all your desires. A cologne-like aroma, that’s edgy and creates that appeal known to attract the opposite sex. The combination of blue & green evokes positive emotion and mental clarity.”

I really like this one! It smells like a man’s cologne – and I love men’s cologne.  It’s not too strong either – some men’s cologne smelling air fresheners can get too strong really quickly.

Nu Car Air Freshener

This is that universal scent that everyone knows and loves.  I can never tell that the new car smell has gone out of my car until I get into a newer car…then I’m envious!  Dollar Scent describes this one as “A natural aroma that smells so authentic and yet so masculine & feminine. Relive the fragrance of fresh leather made to bring back those best moments of life. A combination of both double blue, light and dark exhibits confidence & tranquility at the same time.”

Mr. Fresh Air Freshener

I love citrusy scents, so this is a win for me.

DollarScent describes it as “A clean citrusy scent coupled with the freshness of blossoming flowers. A confident character with colors of peachy rose used to bring out the gentleman inside him. A charming soul that elevates your mood throughout your journey.”

Strawberry Air Freshener

My absolute favorite air freshener is the Coronado Cherry air freshener from California Scents – so I figured I would give a berry scent a try!  I really like this one, so it will be going in my car tomorrow!  I’m big on berry-ish scents in my car!  They don’t compete with perfume, and they’re light enough to not be a problem for my headaches.

Verdict:  I think this box is definitely worth the money.  Air fresheners can get pricy, depending on where you purchase them, and these all smell great!  I will have to report back later on how potent they are and how long they last, but if you’re getting multiple air fresheners a month for the cost of one that you would purchase at the store, I think even if they only last two weeks, it’s a good deal!

Have you tried DollarScent yet?  What’s your favorite?

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane…the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane…but she’s always looking for a new subscription to try!

  1. Giving it a try with the $2.00 shipping only promotion.
The sign up screen did not work for me using my Chrome browser, I had to switch to Firefox. (In Chrome, after entering my address, it kept telling me to fill out all the fields, even though I had.)

I selected the Super package (3 per month for $5). I’m not sure it will be worth full price with the $2.00 shipping, but maybe I will be wowed! I should probably get some from the dollar store and compare quality.

  2. Thank you just ordered and got my first box for only 2.00.

  3. Wow. There really is a subscription box for everything. O.o
