This month, the theme was green for Saint Patrick's Day!
Dirty Potato Chips - Sour Cream and Onion - $0.99
These are so good. They're gluten free, cholesterol free, cooked i peanut oil, and kosher certified. No artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, MSG, or artificial sweeteners!
Emmy's Macaroon Coconut Vanilla - $0.96 (not pictured above)
This is really good, and I'm super picky about coconut. The coconut pieces here are so small, they're not long and stringy. The flavor is great too. These also would be awesome dipped in chocolate.
Kettle Heroes Popcorn Prickly Pear - $1.99
This is really good, fluffy kettle corn. It has a light fruity flavor, but it doesn't dominate the flavor. I like it!
Ego Swiss Roll Coconut Pandan Flavor - $0.25
This is ok...it wasn't my favorite item in the box for sure. It was a bit dry, and there's not a lot of cream inside. The flavor is pretty light.
Just the Cheese Jalapeno Cheese 'chips' - $1.53
These are really good in my opinion. There's only cheese as the base, which makes them low in carbohydrates, if you're interested in that sort of thing. They also have as much calcium and protein as a cup of milk.
I'm not a seaweed fan, but I'm sure someone will love these. The seaweed flavor is definitely strong, but the rice cracker balances it nicely.
Presto Peanut Butter Cream Sandwich Cookies - $1.00?
I've never tried peanut butter sandwich cookies before, but I like them! I think they would be great dipped in chocolate too!
Verdict: This box has a value of about $8.52, which is lower than the cost of the box, but not by a lot. The popcorn, chips, and seaweed snacks were all pretty big sizes, and the other items were new to me, and pretty tasty. I think I would be happy with this box as a subscriber, if this is the value you're used to. This is only my second box, so I'm not quite sure what to expect yet! Of course, it would be nice for the value to increase! I'm looking forward to seeing what this subscription brings in the next few months.
