  1. I have to share my experience which is pretty unbelievable. The 2.1 is my first purchase of Oui Please. I was excited by the Les Petites spoiler which looked like the poncho.
I received tracking info about two weeks ago and it was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday. I tracked it to my local city and then it stopped moving. I wrote to Oui Please yesterday and today I received the heart-sinking email that the package was lost and now I have to deal with UPS to get my money back.
This is truly unbelievable. I have been getting multiple subscription boxes every month for two years and have never once lost a box.
I have to say Oui Please has been responsive to my emails. Unfortunately I did not get an overwhelming feeling like they were going to make this better without me going through much hassle and more wait. They said they are waiting for inventory before they can send me anything which will be another 3 weeks.
Very sad here — will update if anything gets better but I am feeling sorry that this pretty box is not going to be in my future.

  2. I don’t know, it always looks to me like those of us who get the first round of shipping get the crappiest boxes. I have YET to receive a high ticket/survival piece from them. I haven’t gotten my box yet but my expectations are pretty low. I won’t be renewing!

    • Lovely, my box should arrive on Thursday. I don’t have too high of hopes though. Only one box left after this one.

  3. I just received mine and am a little disappointed. I just renewed for the year and this box is a bit of a let down. I received 7 items.

The concerto bracelet – elastic with stone which they say is $50 but is more like $10
The scarf – it is not cotton or silk but viscose (what a let down) – $120
    2 small chocolate bars – $15
    The nuxe gel – $24
The olive eye and lip gel – $50 (I did love their oil elixir)
    the Fare 1789 nightcream – $25
A small tin of kusmi tea – $8(/) (I have bought the full size for$25 so I am estimating)
$292 if you accept their values.

At this point, I don’t see myself renewing after this year. I did renew at about $88 a box so at least that is good, however, several of the items are going up for swap.

    • Yeah, I’m confused about the quantity or types of items we’re supposed to expect in each box because I just received mine and it seemed a bit on the “light” side. I didn’t receive a single jewelry piece or tea in this box. Instead, my list is:

The Les Petites scarf – $120
Rubi & Cube clutch – $130 (their prices)
      2 small chocolate bards – $15
      The nuxe gel – $24
Oliv eyes smoothing gel – $50

The box seemed thrown together, not the tight packaging from their previous box. I feel like it’s glaringly missing something. I received an inventory list of goods/items in my previous box but this one didn’t have that. Can anybody share their list or offer some perspective here? Or have I been shorted an item or two?

      • I think you got the clutch which is a substitute for the jewelry, tea and night cream. All three of those items together do not equal the $130 for the clutch.

      • I’m disappointed as well..no jewelry at all. this is the first box I’m not happy with out of 7 ….I’ll give it another chance next time and will discontinue if it doesn’t improve. It almost looked like it was just thrown together and not as nicely packaged. I almost thought someone had gone in and taken something.

      • I received the same box as you but instead of the clutch I received a Rubi &Cube scarf ($150) as well as the tin of tea. I thought it was weird that I received 2 scarfs (no jewelry) but I’m actually really happy with the box.

I didn’t think much of the R&C scarf when I first opened the box but when I put it on with a black sweater I REALLY liked it. And that is EXACTLY why I love subscription boxes – I would have walked right past this scarf if I saw it in the store, but I actually love it on. So I’m thrilled with this box simply for introducing me to a color/style that I would have never touched with a ten foot pole.

That being said, once again the boxes this time seem a little all over the place. I feel particularly sorry for the people who received the metallic tank top instead of the Les Petites scarf. The only thing I can think of is that they must have run out of the scarves. The tank isn’t even listed in the magazine.

And if I’m being honest, I typically don’t like a lot of the jewelry in the Oui please boxes (particularly the “bracelets” that look like random trinkets on a string or hair tie) but I would have LOVED the Nikita or Raina rings. I’m anxious to hear if they look as great in person as they do in the magazine.

      • Same here:

        The Les Petites scarf
        Rubi& Cube clutch
        2 small chocolate bars
        Nuxe Gel
        Oliv eyes smoothing gel

I thought it was a mistake, but it looks like it wasn’t. Kind of bummed.

    • My box mirrors yours. I am sad to say that although I generally have tiny wrists, my bracelet is extremely tight. I am wondering if this was an error in measuring during the bracelet’s assembly. And because of the stone’s texture it is almost painful to wear. I will be adding it to my little girl’s jewelry collection. What a shame. I hope that yours fits well.
When I visit the OuiPlease Facebook page and sight and read the box pamphlets I am always very impressed. They really give the impression that they are expertly curated and managed. Then, unfortunately you experience the subscription service and constant fluctuation in business practices and values and you can’t help but wonder where they went wrong… Management, poor planning, a lack of concern for customer service…?

  4. Mine just arrived — it’s exactly like the one posted on the MUT forums today, although the stone on my bracelet is blue instead of white.

  5. I just received my shipping notice from Oui Please. I’m always one of the first and this will be my third box even though I signed up in July or August of last year. That said, I have yet to receive one of the higher end boxes. Mine have so far sucked. I’ll post the contents once it arrives although usually a few others get there’s first. Fingers crossed!

  6. Anybody have any information on these boxes? It’s now April 3rd and mine still shows as pending. I am really hoping I don’t get a scarf or a do-dad on a string. My first box and am nervous I just wasted $150. I was inspired by the ponchos.

  7. Is there any new news on this?

    • I apologize if this is a reprint but my page reloaded.
I’ve yet to receive an update or a ship notice but I thought it was possibly because I recently cancelled my month to month sub and got bumped to the end of the line. I’m supposed to receive the next box which is still “in processing” since February. Part of the sub box “delightful experience” is the anticipation – which is knowing when to anticipate what. In my experience, I’ve only felt disappointment with Oui Please (unlike Luxor Box) so after I receive my next box (or “if” I do), I’m done. I’m sure other people enjoy them but my gratification, valued $150, works differently!

  8. No updates on shipping yet.

  9. Hmmm… Has anyone gotten shipping notice yet?

    • of course not. their version of a few days is the last day of the month, which is really a half of month.

  10. I can’t wait to receive my 2.1 box – I’ve always liked their product selection and now I’m happy that they are doing a hero item that everyone will be receiving. Makes it less of a guessing game but there is still some surprise. Even though there will be a delay on receiving the box, I feel like it’s worth it to wait and then receive high quality products. That exclusive scarf they were talking about is going to be amazing I’m sure!

  11. this subscription has the worst jewelry!

    • In your opinion. Some people quite like it.

  12. I too cancelled due to forever delayed boxes. I am so loving covet crate and white willow for unique items right now and jewelry I will actually wear.

    • Does white willow ship to USA? Or only Canada?

  13. I paid for an annual for the first 6 boxes and I am so glad I am done. I got a scarf in my second box and a 1951 clutch in my last box. Other than cheap jewelry all I got was a bunch of bath and body stuff, over inflated price perfume, a can of tea and some candy. I basically paid $650+tax for 2 items that is decent. I did not get any of the other stuff that was advertised. My 10th time in Paris last month, I went to the 1951 store, bought 2 Ls, 1 XL, 1 M, 1 small plus got a free card case for 240 euros. I learned a good lesson by not chunking down this type of money again.

  14. I’ve been debating subscribing to this box since its first release but I just can’t do it.
First, the constant delayed shipping is a huge turn off.
Second, it’s just too much money for a box with too many price and product variables. You’d think by now they’d have that sorted out.

  15. I was so hoping that the Les Petites was going to be the poncho pictured prior. There are so many scarves in boxes so I thought the poncho would have been more unique. Will be anxious to see what the box brings and when.

  16. Love everything especially the rings. They could have at least given the total number of items to be received.

  17. I’m so excited for this scarf. That design is beautiful and I’m glad that all boxes will get that one.

    • It states that subscribers MAY get some if any of the items shown.

      • According to their instagram every box will contain this scarf.

        • If you read carefully is says a Les Petites item. They did that with the last box showing a photo spoiler if a 1951 clutch saying every box will get a 1951 Maison. The catch was only a few got an actual clutch and most got a coin purse or card holder. I will be shocked if every box actually gets a scarf.

          • After reading your comment, I was trying to think of “one size fits all” clothing. You think Les Petites makes socks? (Even though I’m kidding, I would prefer cute socks over a scarf!!)

          • The Instagram does say everyone will get a scarf but I just can’t trust this sub anymore. I hope everyone does get one.

          • I went to the les petites website, I cannot even find one scarf. After 6 boxes, I am so glad it is over.

  18. Some of the gold jewelry shown here is nice, but Oui Please really needs to stop with the “put a cheap doodad on a string and call it a bracelet” type of jewelry.

    • Haha!

    • Best. Comment. Ever. I loved the Tassia Cannelis earrings in the 1.1 parcel, but the last two items were cheap, thin chain with some tiny “doo-dad” and we were told that was somehow worth 50-60$.

  19. Do we get all that jewelry or just a few?

    • It’s a toss up. Oui Please says you MAY get it. They send a big booklet of items with each parcel and I find that 90% of what is in the booklet is what I DIDN’T get. That plus the delays has me so over this box.

  20. Anything about the March 15th ship date?

    • Someone asked about the March 15 ship date on their Facebook page and Oui Please responded that it might be a little later than that and they’d send out an update soon (so much for their “promise” that there would be no more shipping delays and we could mark out calendars for March 15th)!

      • REALLY! Done!

      • Hmmmmm…why am I not surprised??? ?

        • Yeah, later my foot. this is my last box. I knew it was wise to cut ties w/ them. What’s “a little later”?
