The Vegan Cuts Beauty Box is a monthly beauty and makeup subscription box. All of their products are vegan (and they tend to be natural, too). They also typically include a nice mix of full size and sample beauty items.
Vegan Cuts sends a single package to subscribers who get both the beauty and snack boxes. The beauty items are separated into a little bag. (If you do not get the snack box, I don’t think you get the little bag.)
My Subscription Addiction pays for this subscription. (Check out the review process post to learn more about how we review boxes.)
The Subscription Box: Vegan Cuts Beauty Box
The Cost: $19.95
The Products: Each box contains a mix of 4-7 full and sample size cruelty-free beauty must-haves, ranging from unique cosmetics to luxurious skincare. All items are void of icky, toxic ingredients and animal byproducts, so you can feel beautiful inside and out.
Ships to: US for free, Canada for $8, and worldwide for $15.

Each Vegan Cuts Beauty Box comes with an information card detailing the items for that month.
Aubrey Organics Revitalizing Therapy Moisturizer (1 fl oz) – Value $13.23
I have used some Aubrey Organics sunscreen before and been happy with it. This moisturizer is for dry skin, which I do not have on my face – not even in winter. However, it moisturized the backs of my hands quite nicely and it smells really good. So it will get used.
Wabi-Sabi Botanicals Sagga Charcoal + Rose Cleansing Grains (1 oz) – Value $8
This is one of those combination mask/cleanser/scrub products. I’ll be using it as a scrub because I have terrible luck mixing these things with water – I always use too much water and end up with a drippy mess. But a scrub? I can do that!
Lashea Butter Whips Essential Body Scrub (0.5 oz?) – Value $1.50
I love body scrubs and go through a full-sized one every two weeks, if not sooner. This was enough to do both of my outer thighs…it’s got a nice whipped texture and it smells like lavender. (I don’t know the size for sure so I’m taking the value from the information card.)
The Jojoba Company Gentle Cleansing Balm (0.7 fl oz) – Value $8
This is a jojoba oil-based cleansing balm. I’ve only recently started using oils on my face (previously thought I couldn’t). But this does a good job at removing my foundation. This is another value I took from the information card because I don’t know the volume of the full sized product, so I can’t calculate a fraction of it.
The Jojoba Company 100% Natural Ultimate Jojoba Youth Potion (0.1 fl oz?) – Sample
This is tiny but I have discovered that facial oils go a long way. A few drops of this cover the whole face and supply lots of vitamins, antioxidants, and CoQ10. It’s a little hard to tell if it is working yet. This didn’t have a separate listing on the information card so I am not even going to attempt to estimate a value.
Earthlab Cosmetics Vegan Lash Mascara (full size!) – Value $15.18
This performs similarly to other natural mascaras (like the ones from W3LL People and 100% pure). You have to add a couple of coats to get it to show up but that is to be expected for this type of product. It doesn’t compare to non-vegan mascara in terms of performance but if you are interested in using only vegan cosmetics, this certainly works. (It also doesn’t irritate my eyes!)
Verdict: I calculated a value of about $46 for this month’s Vegan Cuts Beauty Box. I’m happy with that – all the products are new to me but are the sorts of items I would use anyway, plus I learned about a few new brands. I suppose the box was skincare heavy this month, but I am fine with that – skincare is much easier to use up than makeup!
