The illustrations on the shipping box are seriously adorable.  I really love it when companies put thought into their packaging as well as into the curation of the box!

I am always a huge fan of information cards in boxes, so I was excited to see one in this box particularly.  Since the box is comprised of items from individual artisans, I loved seeing the information that Serena included on the information card.  The theme this month was #pumpkinlovers, which is fitting for Valentine's Day of course!

PB4

Life + Style Pumpkin Themed Greeting Card - $4.50

The information card values this card at $5.00.  When you look at the product in the shop, it looks like some versions (the ones with the foil on them) are $5.00.  I don't think mine has any foil, so maybe there were variations sent out?  Either way, this is a really cute card, and I think it will go over well for pumpkin lovers, since #PSL is a huge thing in the fall!  I really like this card because it doesn't have to be given to a significant other, but would work for one.  This would have been great for Valentine's Day for a fellow PSL lover.

The Invisible Chef Pumpkin Pancake & Waffle Mix - $8.50

I received this box at the end of a pretty rough day.  When I got home, I was excited to get into it and see what goodies awaited.  When I saw this, I immediately decided that this would be my dinner.  (Breakfast for dinner for the win!)  I whipped up the pancakes, and even though I burned them (I told you it was a rough day), they were delicious.  I topped with some butter and real maple syrup, and it was the perfect dinner.  Plus, I have leftovers for breakfast!  Whoo hoo!

PB5

My Beauty Tea - Spicy Pumpkin Tea - $8.00

I couldn't find this exact blend on My Beauty Tea's website, but there are so many that sound delicious!  I really want to try the Earl Gray a la creme - I think I would love it.  Back to this tea - it smells much stronger than it was in my cup, which I like immensely.  I am a very basic tea girl - I like English/Irish/Scottish Breakfast teas, and Earl Gray. I don't generally drink flavored tea, so I wasn't expecting to love this one.  It isn't my favorite, but again, it's all based on personal taste.  The tea was very fresh, and it comes in a resealable package.  Since one cup takes 1 tsp of leaves, this tea will last quite a while too!

The Pumpkin Batch - Heart Tea Infuser Spoon - $6.00

I really appreciate that they included a loose leaf tea infuser with the loose leaf tea.  More devoted tea drinkers probably have a few laying around, but casual tea drinkers probably wouldn't. This was a handy inclusion, and I love how easy it is to get the used tea out of the infuser (slightly too easy though, because I did wind up with tea leaves in my brew). I have this one and this one and it can be pretty difficult to get the tea in and out of the infuser.  I also like that this one can be used as a spoon to stir in my cream and sugar!

Nicobella Organics - Pumpkin Chai Truffles - $4.31

These came melted unfortunately, which I don't blame on anyone or anything but the weather in Southern California.  I doubt any one outside of California had the same problem - it's just ridiculously hot for February right now.  These are vegan and only 45-65 calories per truffle.  They were really good.  The texture was quite soft (after they hardened up over night), and the flavor was vaguely spicy.  If I didn't know what they were I'm not sure I could have picked out the flavor!  I really liked them though, and love that they're low in calories and vegan so almost every one that gets the box can enjoy them!

Verdict:  I really enjoyed this box, and thought the curation was great for Valentine's Day.  Truffles are always a given, but I think the heart shaped tea infuser and the greeting card showed that they really took the theme seriously!  The value of this box comes in right at $31.31 from my calculations.  This is right in line with what I've come to expect for independent box companies, so I am quite happy with that!

There are so many people that love all things to do with fall and this box seems to be fall delivered in a box.  If you're a pumpkin lover, and love all things about autumn, you should definitely check this one out.

What do you think of The Pumpkin Batch?  Do you love it as much as I do?

Bekki first discovered subscription boxes in 2014 and they quickly took over her life! (Not quite, but pretty close.) She started with POPSUGAR Must Have, then moved to Little Lace Box, Birchbox, Hamptons Lane...the rest was history. Her favorite product find is Beekman 1802 Fudge (so, so good) and her favorite boxes are Birchbox and Hamptons Lane...but she's always looking for a new subscription to try!

I see a mention of a quarterly subscription? I love Pumpkin and Pumpkin spice but EVERY month? Monthly may be a bit too much, especially in the summer but I would consider a quarterly subscription if available..

I agree – I’d love a box like this, just not every single month (more money than I have).

Such a cute box. I’m one of those that go pumpkin crazy during the fall.

Me too! I love pumpkin but not after winter. I would get this if it was cheaper though.

I also go pumpkin crazy over the fall so I’m putting his box on my subscription list! It’s just so cute and I don’t mind pumpkin past the fall season.
